It takes approx. 10 minutes drive to Porsgrunn city centre. Possibly possibility of parking in the courtyard. Combined living room/bedroom, but separated by large shelf and curtain that closes for light. Short distance to the coastal path, beach and sports facilities. Grocery store in walking distance from the apartment.

Cozy apartment close to Gaustatoppen. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and duvets and pillows in all beds. There is also access to a sofa bed that sleeps 2 people. The apartment has a glazed porch with direct views of Gaustatoppen and Kvitåvatn. There is a private parking space in the parking garage under the apartment complex. Short distance to all amenities at Gaustablikk. Has been maintenance on the building this summer, but they are done now. Laundry can be ordered for NOK 450.

OBS: på søndage har vi check ind efter 18.00. Lejligheden har egen indgang, køkken/stue, stort baderum og soverum. I stuen findes der en sovesofa. Køkkenet har opvaskemaskine og er udstyret med grundlæggende køkkenredskaber. Der findes puder og dyner, mens sengetøj og håndklæder lejes mod ekstra gebyr. Egner sig for to single studenter eller en lille familie. Det er lidt lydt i huset så man skal være forberedt på det. Men vi er ganske så fredelige, især i hverdagene.
