Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Boat of Garten

Lovely and peaceful, price was ideal for such a big house. Everything was thought about in this home, nothing was needed other than the food and drinks. Everyone had a great time. Cinema had a huge collection of dvds and ps4 games. Sauna was excellent. We were surprised when beautiful peacocks walked up the drive way. Thanks again. Carly & Family.

Excellent place to stay in Aviemore. Great location with it being around a 15-20 minute walk into the town centre. Lovely home with comfortable sofas and beds. The photos were exactly like the property. It was so nice and peaceful. Would definitely book again.

This property has everything you could ever want in a break away with family and friends. Quiet and secluded while still be closer enough to Drum for a night out or supplies. The house was really well done with a homely feel that set you at ease straightaway. Being able to relax by the river and having a huge garden to relax in were the highlight for me. But the best part of this trip was Kay herself. Full of local recommendations and very responsive, we never struggled for things to do. Also her little touches were fantastic. The best host I've ever had while staying in Airbnb's!! Would stay with her again in a heartbeat

Willie’s house is really perfect for a cosy time in very beautiful surroundings. the kitchen has everything you need in a well deigned space the woodburner is a lovely focal point in the evening. The heated bathroom floors were lovely and everything was clean and in order. i definitely hope to be back

We booked this place to climb Ben Nevis which was just over an hour away. Really nice house and quite a peaceful area with great views, would definitely recommend. Thanks

We had a fantastic stay at Gillian’s. Perfect base for four of us on motorbikes, with easy access to stunning routes across the Cairngorms and as far west as Ullapool. The cottage was clean, cosy and well-equipped, with everything we needed after long days on the road. Comfortable beds, hot showers and a peaceful setting made it a great place to unwind. Friendly neighbours who pointed out a shortcut to the village. The Cairn Hotel is a great pub and serves great food. We had breakfast in the village every morning at the Carrbridge Kitchen before setting off on our usual 200 miles daily trip exploring. Gillian was a friendly and responsive host – everything was spot on. Would definitely recommend to anyone exploring this part of Scotland.

We felt very comfortable, it had everything you need. It was nice to sit in the garden in the sun (suggestion: provide deck chairs in the shed). The only small disadvantage: in June, the blackout in the bedrooms left something to be desired. Arrival by car is an advantage, as it is a little far from the center on foot.

As a world traveler and an avid Airbnb guest of 11 years, this is one of the very best places I’ve ever stayed in! The apartment is not only well-appointed, clean, and organized, it is warm and cozy! We could have stayed there forever!

Great little stay. In the middle of our trip the option for laundry was awesome. Walking distance to everything you need. The kitchen was nice so we didn’t have to eat out, though there are many options close by. The beaches nearby were beautiful. Would love to go back.

Superb, very spacious, thoughtfully and immaculately presented basement flat of family home. Felt private. Super location for walking to local amenities /beach. Mike and Helen have thought through what helps a holiday maker and provided it in the apartment . Communication was v. prompt and helpful. All good!

This place is great for exploring Inverness on foot. Quick trip via 2 choices of stairs down to the shopping and restaurant. It is also easy to find via car. Used it as a home base to explore the area around Inverness. The kitchen was set nicely with spices and adequate dishes for breakfast and a dinner meal if you desire. The washer dryer was a nice bonus to freshen our clothes for the second week of our Scotland adventure.

Seriously… you will NOT be disappointed.. Tesco 1/2 block up, parking, walking bridge to city center steps away, the extra goodies Suz provides . The apartment itself is an oasis travelers . I will be recommending to friends, and that’s saying a lot!

The Apartment in Highland Council was very nice and clean! There were also plenty of towels! The highlight was the beautiful, modern bathroom with the wonderful shower with a full enclosure door and a niche to place your shampoos, etc. Believe us when we say this is a plus in the UK! The water pressure and the hot water was also a plus. Again, this is not always the case in the UK! The apartment was quiet even though it is situated right by a road. The parking is by its back door/patio entrance which is by the market parking lot. We entered and exited from this door during our stay, and used the market parking near the back gate. The kitchen is adorable and functional, but it’s small. It has a very small refrigerator, so small amounts of groceries are best to buy if you’re cooking in. There were some staples available for use, a coffee maker and a kettle. The washer dryer was definitely a plus!

We had a great stay at Caroline's place in Inverness. The flat was really central to the city - just a short walk over the footbridge. The flat also had plenty of room, even with us using the sofa bed. Loved our stay and would definitely be back.

I didn't want to leave here. The retreat is definitely accurate name for it, loved my stay here . definitely be back aviemore I still have walks I want to do . I met both David and Lynn, very friendly, warm .

Great accommodation experience, we had a great day here, extremely spacious 1.8m bed, comfortable hot shower, thoughtful welcome gift, flexible check-in and check-out times, and very convenient location (a few minutes' walk in the morning to eat McDonald's breakfast), everyone loved it.

This was a beautiful and relaxing place-to open the windows or the doors and listen to the water splashing in the distance was so serene. Rachel was great to work with and easy to communicate with and always always responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Marie was a great hostess and the house was amazing in great condition and very clean. The location is good and Marie assisted us with all the questions and had a full breakfast prepared for us.

Very comfortable house right in the heart of Newtonmore - was a perfect location for a family winter break. Lots of space with 2 lounges and generously sized bedrooms. Really well equipped with everything you could need in the kitchen in particular plus lots of games and books for the wet days (there were a few!). Off-street parking, nearby co-op shop and responsive hosts made for a stress free and enjoyable stay. We hope to be back!

We had an incredible stay at Elangowan in For Augustus! The property was exceptionally clean, tidy and the decor was amazing. The views from the second floor were breathtaking, and we loved how close we were to the charming town—everything was within walking distance. Our family made wonderful memories here, and we can't recommend this Airbnb highly enough!
