Our apartment with separate entrance is located in the new annex of our detached house in the quiet center of Bannewitz. Within walking distance you can reach the bakery (open on Sundays!), supermarket and public transport to Dresden in 5 minutes. This takes you in about 20 minutes to the city center to the Frauenkirche, Semperoper, Zwinger or to the main train station Dresden. From there you can also start a trip to the Elbe Sandstone Mountains or to Meissen. Hiking or biking trails are right outside the front door.

Wonderful forest trails start right behind the house. 3 beach resorts and an adventure pool with sauna are within walking distance about 1.5 km away. In the village there is an excellent baker and a village shop. A quaint narrow-gauge steam locomotive has a stop in the village. Climbing rocks 500 m away. In winter, the best maintained cross-country ski trail network, as well as small downhill slopes can be reached in about 25 minutes

If you're looking for seclusion and tranquility, you've come to the right place!The apartment (ground floor) for 2 people has a separate entrance. The sleeping-living area has a box-spring bed, wardrobe, armchair and a 55 inch TV. The modern bathroom is right next door. The dining area offers a kitchenette. A private parking space for you is right in front of the house on the premises. Storage for bikes is possible in the carport.

Die FeWo mit 40m2 befindet sich in einer ruhigen , idyllischen Lage auf unseren Dreiseitenhof . Aus der Wohnung tretend befinden sie sich gleich auf der zu ihrer Wohnung gehörenden Terrasse. Die 2 Betten sind 1m breit und 2m lang , 1 Schlafsofa ist 2×2 m , als 3.Bett sehr bequem. Sie wandern in 15min.durch die Weinberge und erreichen das Seußlitzer Schloß ,der Elbradweg ist von uns aus nur 400m entfernt , im Naturbad Goltzscha relaxen perfekt. Parkplätze und 2 Fahrräder sind kostenfrei .
