Welcome to the mill in the small town of Bockenem am Harz. The place is located on the A7 with connection to the A 39. Hanover, Goslar and Braunschweig can be reached in 30 minutes. The Harz Mountains and the surrounding area offer many beautiful excursion opportunities. Shopping, restaurants and a beautiful outdoor pool with beer garden (open May-September) are in the village. The apartment is located in the old mill building on the outskirts of Bockenem surrounded by nature and a small river.

Bei dieser besonderen Unterkunft sind alle wichtigen Anlaufpunkte ganz in der Nähe – so wird die Planung deines Aufenthalts ganz einfach. Die Wohngegend am Weinberg lädt fussläufig zum Genießen des nahegelegenen Hohnsensees, zum gemütlichen Stadtbummel ein, zum Besuch der HAWK oder zur Fahrt zur Messe Hannover (Ostbahnhof) ein. Fussläufig erreicht man ausserdem Supermärkte, einen Kiosk, verschiedene Restaurants, Cafés, Spielplätze, das Wildgatter und Bushaltestellen für schlechtes Wetter.

Haus Iris is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: The large one with a double bed, the small one with two single beds. As is customary in vacation homes, duvet covers and towels are not included in the price, but can be provided for €7.50 per person per week. A Tesla charging station is 5 km away on the highway.

This beautiful place to stay is perfect for families or company trips to the Hannover Exhibition Center. It is about half an hour away or also fitters, as it has good connections to the A7. It is quietly located and offers enough space to unwind after the day. It currently includes a double bed, two single beds and an extra bed. Thus, up to 5 people can stay in it. This 62 m2 large apartment is located on the second floor of our original half timbered house. A shared staircase leads to this apartment which consists of a living area with two armchairs, a sofa, a kitchenette with a table and 4 chairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has two single beds (adjacent / next to one another) which can be placed together - after consultation, to form a double bed arrangement.

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. There is enough space on the 2 floors! Even 2 people feel good and secure on 1 floor with the beautiful living and living room! The apartment is built and designed with natural building materials, such as wood, clay and eco-paint. The apartment is rather unsuitable for children for safety reasons. Also for people who have difficulty with stairs.

Das 120 m² große Erdgeschoss bietet Platz für bis zu 8 Gäste (inkl. Handtücher und frisch bezogene Betten) und ist ideal für Familien oder Freunde , die ein entspanntes Umfeld suchen. Es gibt mehrere kleine Inseln wie z.B. unsere Leseecke oder Kaffeebar. Für die Kinder sorgt ein kleiner Spielbereich und Sandkasten. Der 700m2 Garten bietet viel Platz zum Sonnenbaden oder einen gemütlichen Abend am Lagerfeuer.

Welcome to Werder, a small village 5 km from Bockenem and the A7 with connection to the A39. Hanover, Braunschweig and Goslar can be reached in about 30 minutes. Shopping and restaurants are in and around Bockenem. The Harz and the Weserbergland invite you to hike and cycle. Motorcyclists will also get their money's worth here. We ourselves ride motorcycles and are happy to assist you with tour questions.
