The 100-year-old house has been lovingly renovated. 200 square meters on 3 levels offer enough space and retreat areas for 8 people. Large windows and an open living area with oiled wooden floorboards give the rooms light and atmosphere. The house is good for couples and families with kids.

The apartment is particularly suitable for families with children, of course, as well as for couples and business travelers. Our comfortable modern furnished 65 m² apartment in Villa Bournville is centrally located in front of the entrance to the beautiful Bodetal. It can accommodate up to 4 people. The listed villa was restored and modernized with a lot of love for detail. The new and bright apartment offers every comfort and has a terrace. Linens and towels (in the initial set), Wi-Fi and final cleaning are included.
