Very clean and very near train station.

The apartment was really nice and very clean, we immediately felt comfortable there. The decor was modern and well maintained, and there was everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Only note: It would be helpful to mention in the description that the pool can only be used in summer. Otherwise, everything was great – happy to come back!

It was so beautiful. There is everything you need in the apartment. + a large cozy couch. The dogs were satisfied as small treats were waiting for both. There is dog bed, towels and something. We can only recommend.

We spent a very nice long weekend in the Alte Forsthaus and were very enthusiastic about the apartment, in which nothing was missing (especially in the kitchen) and everything is visually so beautifully coordinated that you could only feel comfortable. We also particularly liked the garden and the location on the edge of the forest. You can start a hike directly, e.g. to the Dalheim Monastery or on the forest adventure trail. Helen's mother welcomed us very warmly and quickly answered and supported us with small questions. We will definitely come back when we are back in the area, it is a very relaxing place. Thank you very much!

We spent this year's family vacation with 3 kids (6 and 4 years, 9 months) at Karin's place on the old farm. The large garden was great for the robbers to let off steam and play soccer. The apartment was very clean and tidy, we immediately felt at home. Not least because Karin greeted us with fresh flowers and a jar of local honey! Wow! She was very warm and friendly, as well as always available. The beds are very comfortable; the kitchen contains everything you need. There are several bakers, butchers, a great ice cream parlor and discounter within walking distance. The nearby Oderbruchsee with a great large playground can also be reached on foot. The Alte Hof is perfectly located between Harz and Eichsfeld, so you can plan your excursions in either direction. You have to go to all excursion destinations at least Allow 30 minutes driving time, but that's totally okay for this great accommodation!

We had a wonderful stay at this modern and stylishly furnished accommodation. The surroundings are fantastic and were perfect for walks with our dog. The apartment is located in the industrial monument Schleiferei II and has just been completely renovated. It's impressive how a former Lost Place has been created such a modern and comfortable retreat. The decor is designed with a lot of love for detail and offers all the comforts you could ask for. Especially the terrace overlooking the river is a highlight and creates a relaxed atmosphere. The quiet location, combined with the high quality amenities, makes this place an ideal retreat. We highly recommend the place and would be happy to come back!

Quickly responded, flexible check-in, very clean apartment, parking right in front of the entrance, footpath on the river behind the house, large Rewe opposite, received two eggs from the host's own chickens as a gift - everything is great!

We felt at home. The furnishings were excellent and quite modern in the apartment. There was everything you need, so we really only had to bring the things we use and not unnecessarily oil or the like. You are absolutely on your own and reach the forest in 30 seconds - it is the very last house before the national park. The apartment's size was also particularly good. Parking was possible in front of the house on the side of the road. We were also pleased with the small welcome package. Overall, the perfect place if you just want to switch off and escape the big city.

Ingrid was very friendly , super responsive and caring. The flat was bigger than we thought, comfy and decorated with great care. We found everything we needed and even more like little extras (shampoo, shower gel, cafe, tea...). A lovely place in a peacefull area.

Regina is a wonderful hostess! Communication is very quick and friendly. The house is great, an old house with a soul. A home that is cared for and loved. There are beautiful opportunities for walking in the area. Kassel is also easy to reach by tram, which can be reached from the house in just 5 minutes on foot.

The property is as described - a beautiful place to unwind. Really great property, a bit like from another time. The apartment is soooo cozily furnished - you can only feel comfortable here. 5 stars for it! The only thing I didn't like was that there was a construction trailer in the garden in front of my balcony, which apparently is also rented. This was neither visible in the text nor in the pictures. I had also booked the place because of the great view of the garden and the privacy, but I couldn't really use the balcony and the view, as I also wanted to give the other family their space.

There were five of us (4 adults + baby) in Sylvia's accommodation and we enjoyed the time very much! The apartment is, as part of a beautiful villa, very tastefully furnished, is fantastically located on the hillside in the countryside and has more comfort and amenities than you could wish for. Our highlight was the roof terrace overlooking the city. Hann. Münden is a nice place that is within walking distance. You can take beautiful bike tours and hikes around the city. Sylvia is very friendly and gave us helpful tips for the area. Kindly, we were allowed to move into the apartment earlier to take advantage of the beautiful weather on the day of arrival for a bike tour. We can fully recommend the accommodation for all those who are mobile and can go up stairs!

A nice apartment where you can cook well together, have a relaxed movie & game night, and have a good time. Whether you want to go hiking or cycling. Warburg has a lot to offer. Our favorites were the Virenputzer-Spritz at Alm and the delicious Italian food at Il Gusto Ristorante. If you want less hustle and bustle, but still a small town and a lot of nature, you are in good hands in Warburg. David was always quick to reach and everything we needed to know he sent us quickly and reliably :-) Clear recommendation.

Thomas is a very attentive landlord who is noticed by his wish to give holiday guests a great time. The apartment inspires especially by the beautiful view. The well-kept sauna area completes the apartment perfectly. We can't wait to spend a little break there again.

The stay at Ira was wonderful. The apartment has a great view and was very cozy. In addition, you could relax in Ira's beautiful garden. All in all, we are really excited and would love to come back.

A great accommodation, great value for money. Great view Beautifully decorated and exactly as in the pictures. We spent a weekend here as a couple and it was very nice. If there is something to complain about, then it is only the loud noises from the trains, which pass quite close by.

Everything perfect. Parking spaces for the motorcycles in the garage were offered by the host on his own initiative. Very attentive.

Just gorgeous! The house is super modern, stylishly furnished, well equipped and perfect for relaxing. The host was always available, incredibly friendly and helped us quickly and reliably with everything. The atmosphere was so relaxed that it didn't feel like Germany - but like a real vacation. We felt totally comfortable and would be happy to come back!
