The city center of Heiligenstadt can also be reached in 5 minutes by car (or 30 minutes on foot via bicycle or rural paths). Cyclists will get their money's worth on the Leine-Heide cycle path, as it is about 800 m away. To escape the stress of everyday life and recharge your batteries, our surroundings are wonderful :)

2 modern and cozy apartments on the ground floor and first floor of a clinkered half-timbered house. On the spacious property not far from Bramwald there is an indoor swimming pool. The modernly furnished bedrooms offer high sleeping comfort partly on box spring beds. Whether kitchen, dining room or living room, everywhere you will find coziness and plenty of space. Our apartment has a beautiful view of the surroundings. From the panoramic window, or from one of the terraces. A terrace invites you to chill and is elevated right in front of the door. On the second terrace is the hot tub, grill, seating and fireplace. Parking is included. Wi-Fi is included. Our apartment is modernly equipped. 65-inch flat-screen TV and much more. The hot tub is heated and is there for your own use all year round. There are no other guests.

INGE is new 2024! Inge is a modern holiday home in the Sauerland in the resort of Willingen (Upland). The house is built in a special construction on steel stems on a steep slope and offers a great view of the place and the surroundings. As a special highlight, Inge offers its guests a heated container pool (April till October). In the meantime, in addition to the fireplace, the small barrel sauna also provides cozy hours for two.

Build in 1717 by the Prince of Waldeck, the historical monument water mill lies lonely in the midst of dreamlike nature in the natural reserve Wattertal. Affectionately restored, we offer you 6 dreamlike rooms for your holidays, seminars or events. Unfortunately, due to the sharp rise in energy prices, I have to charge an additional fee, which is noted under the "Cleaning" item.

Vergiss für kurze Zeit deine Sorgen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoß eines Hochhauses in Bad Lauterberg. Sie verfügt über eine Größe von 54 qm und eine angrenzende Terrasse mit Sitzgelegenheit. Für 2 Personen ist sie optimal geschnitten und eingerichtet. Im Kellerbereich steht ein kleines Schwimmbad zur Verfügung. Ein Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus.
