Nice house in a quiet location. A great offer for the price. Only the access to the house and the parking situation are difficult. But that's just the way it is in a small village

A very nice place to stay. Although it is a bit remote, it is an excellent place to relax, especially thanks to the wellness area.

A wonderful house with everything you need. The location is great for discovering nature, but also close enough to town and the nearby swimming pool delighted the kids. We would come back.

It was the best we've experienced as a group so far. There is so much to discover in the entire complex. Everything has been decorated with an attention to detail. Everyone was super super friendly. The restaurant and wellness area are absolutely amazing.

We were in this beautiful holiday home for an extended weekend with 13 people. We felt very comfortable. Everything was clean and above all the children were super happy and could play in the beautiful garden with the toys. The Bach was a particular highlight. We will be happy to come back.

Great oasis for a few days with friends or family. Plenty of space for everyone and especially the garden is a great treasure! If you like it quiet and rural, this is the place to be.

It was a very nice and successful holiday. The place was beautiful and very clean. The hosts are very friendly and have spoken with and speaking with a very likeable humor from the beginning. You have welcomed and felt welcome and welcome. With the self-written welcome sign in the entrance, you had a direct feeling of having arrived. In addition, the surroundings and especially the view from the balcony, where we spent a lot of time, were beautiful. So from us an absolute recommendation. We will definitely stay with Axel and Andrea again.

The house was as described. The communication in advance was great, we already knew exactly what to expect. Check-in went smoothly. The play barn and game room were also very appealing for us. In the area you could do a lot of business, also here there was information in advance. Lots of options for sitting outside. In short, we felt comfortable at the place and can recommend it.

Beautiful, cozy accommodation in the middle of the old town of Einbeck. All around there are some options for eating or shopping. We were satisfied with everything and would recommend it.

We had a very nice one in Daniela's charming cottage. We did not lack anything on site and Daniela was always available for questions. We particularly liked the private location of the cottage and the beautiful garden in which we could make ourselves comfortable in nice weather. However, it should be noted that the noise, the nearby highway, which caused a subtle background noise at least during the day. Due to the good connection, however, we were able to reach beautiful routes to explore and hike in a few minutes' drive. Overall, we were very satisfied and can definitely recommend a stay.

The "Pomeranian Pearl" was a direct hit. We felt very comfortable. We were able to make good use of the terrace in the beautiful garden in the best weather. The accommodation is lovely, very cozy, everything is clean and nothing was missing in the bathroom, kitchen and other rooms. Looking forward to next time. 1000 thanks to Kerstin!

The "Linnehus" is a very cozy cottage and invites you to relax and enjoy. Experience nature, be active... everything is wonderfully cozy!

The vacation home was extremely child-friendly. There was plenty of space to play, a safe environment and child-friendly amenities that made the stay very pleasant. The cleanliness was also excellent – all rooms were well maintained and tidy. We felt completely comfortable and would definitely recommend the vacation home!

The Berg-Zeit holiday home is something special. Old and modern designs are in perfect harmony here. The living/kitchen area invites you to cook and play together. The rustic square table is ideal for 6 people. After each excursion, we were very happy to arrive back in the mountain time. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large and also designed in a rustic/modern style. Communication with Dietmar was possible at all times and there was no question/concern that remained unanswered. We wanted absolute peace and a retreat just for us. We found all this in the beautiful forest edge house. It is really in a completely secluded location, the nearest houses are several hundred meters away. Rarely do people walk along a forest path about 100m next to the house, then you can sometimes hear human voices or horses and dogs, sometimes tractors drive or you can hear forest work. 90% to 95% of the time we spent there, however, it was really quiet and we could enjoy this wonderful peace that we longed for. The house is furnished with great attention to detail, very clean and you can feel right at home there. The furnishings are of very high quality overall and nothing is missing. We especially liked the tiled stove in the living room, which you can cuddle up to in the evening. The house has a wonderful view of the fields to the rear. It is an absolute dream house! We will be happy to come back.

The accommodation is extremely high quality. Beautiful furniture and a well-equipped kitchen make it easy to feel right at home. 🙏🏽 The communication in advance was super good and everything was as described. I would definitely recommend it. If you arrive with several cars, then definitely check out the parking situation in advance, there are only 2 parking spaces at the house.

We were 2 couples with 3 small children. The accommodation is well suited for this. There is a large room in addition to the booking, which we would recommend. Then you have a large dining room in addition. Only the stairs are dangerously steep, especially for the small children, but also for adults. With a large garden and the possibility of barbecuing. Otherwise everything was great, we felt very comfortable. :-)

It was just as nice as the first time. Arrive & feel good. Including welcome by the cat. We definitely recommend the place.

A nice location, with a terrace at the back, where you could sit nicely on the river, and behind the garden. It was a spacious house, with spacious rooms. Even the kitchen was a separate, and very spacious space. Everything was available. Very clean and tidy. Nice hiking in the village. Shops are 4 kilometers away. Edersee 20 minutes by car. Really worth it. A nice spicy walk done there. In short, value for the price.

We had a wonderful weekend in Warburg, it was perfect for our needs and exceeded our expectations in several ways. Warburg is a very pretty town with an old town where the accommodation was located. We rented all three apartments in the beautiful half-timbered house to spend a weekend with our adult children. Everyone had their own area, but in the top apartment there was also the possibility to eat together at a large table and play in the evening. That was great. The apartments are very tastefully and modernly furnished, we didn't miss anything. David is a very courteous, patient and nice host who has not tired of answering my many questions in advance in a friendly manner. The surroundings of Warburg are also super beautiful, so absolutely worth a trip!!

Great location in a sweet place. We felt very comfortable in the accommodation. The rooms are very lovingly decorated. The floor creaks very loudly, but it's just an old house :) the communication was great, very helpful and friendly.
