The light-flooded 90 m² living area borders a large roof terrace, which provides a magnificent view and invites you to relax. The historic mill cellar has been converted into a spa with sauna, jacuzzi, sun loungers and fireplace

Kleines, gemütliches Schlafzimmer mit einem Einzelbett und Bad. Exklusive Küche zur Verfügung, sowie Mitnutzung von Waschraum und eigene Terrasse. Parkplatz auf dem Hof, rechts neben dem Haus. 3km von der Altstadt. Marktkauf, Mediamarkt, Baumarkt und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Es handelt sich um eine Suite in einem Einfamilienhaus (Bungalow) wo unsere Familie selber wohnt. Achtung: Wir haben zwei liebe Hunde (Lilli, und Berry), die unseren Gästen gerne begrüßen.

Welcome to my modern furnished apartment Am Uhrturm in Hanover Döhren. The 1-room apartment (approx. 60 square meters) can accommodate up to 2 people. The apartment is centrally and quietly located and directly adjacent to a protected landscape area. Good shopping and U-Bahn are nearby (10 min.). The exhibition grounds can be easily reached by tram in 30 minutes. From January 1, 2024, the City of Hanover will levy an accommodation tax. Tax is included in the price.

Spacious, quiet and completely newly renovated 150 m² apartment on restored farm, bright and modernly furnished with everything you need. Ideal for families as well as for several trade fair visitors of a company or fitters who want to share an apartment. Conveniently located (20 minutes to Han./trade fair or Hildesheim city center), train connection from Elze station. Protected parking spaces in the courtyard are sufficiently available. Possibility of garden use.

Studio apartment with a view of the Weser River - yellow

Stylish new apartment located on the Weser bike path, with direct access to the Weser - ideal for water sports. Two balconies - facing east for breakfast in the sun, facing west overlooking the Weser and newly designed Weser promenade. Another identical apartment is located in the same house. Downtown, Münchhausen Museum, summer toboggan run, shopping and gastronomy are a few minutes' walk away. Beautiful hiking and mountain bike trails nearby.

In the village and yet central

Our apartment is located in a two-family house in Fischbeck. It is on the 2nd floor and has a balcony. The apartment is very conveniently located for cyclists and has very good connections to Hameln. The bus runs every half hour during the week. Hanover can also be reached via the A2 or the federal highway within 45 minutes. In the village there is a good restaurant, Greek snack bar, supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy and a doctor.

Sunny apartment in the old town of Höxter

My place is right in the center of the historic old town of Höxter. Restaurants and pubs as well as all shopping are within walking distance. Corvey Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is only about 3 km away. Höxter is located on the R1 bike path, only about 500 meters from the apartment. Towards Godelheim after about 1.5 km is the recreational lake with swimming and sports facilities, which is very popular in good weather.

Vacation home 2 "Thusnelda," Schmales Feld

In my lovingly furnished apartments you will find the ideal starting point for tours around the Externsteine, the Hermann Monument and all other worthwhile excursion destinations in Lipperland. The apartments are centrally located yet in the countryside. There are shops, pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance, and the Externsteine are 'around the corner.' The apartments are non-smoking apartments, no pets allowed.

Living in a half timbered house

This 62 m2 large apartment is located on the second floor of our original half timbered house. A shared staircase leads to this apartment which consists of a living area with two armchairs, a sofa, a kitchenette with a table and 4 chairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has two single beds (adjacent / next to one another) which can be placed together - after consultation, to form a double bed arrangement.

Elegant large apartment

A very large apartment for 6 people (additional sleeping options on request). Bathroom with shower. Everything is available. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, etc. Wi-Fi and TV are available in the living room. If you want to barbecue (grill is available), you can do so on the terrace. Grocery store, restaurant, doctors, bank, etc. all on site.

“Ruhezone”

Our newly renovated apartment "tranquility zone" offers plenty of space, coziness and good amenities to relax. The 80 sqm living space is on the ground floor, with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, workplace, kitchen with TV and WiFi. There is a private terrace and in the courtyard there is plenty of room to relax and unwind, ideal even with children!
