Usselo is 5 km from the center of Enschede and from the University of Twente. Numerous hiking and cycling routes start from the B&B

Het gaat hier om een eenvoudige kleine vakantiewoning die geschikt is voor bewoning voor een (klein) gezin. Het is “back to Basic” en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt, maar is niet luxueus. Dit prachtige stukje natuur ligt in de nabijheid van het dorp Boekelo. Het huisje ligt geheel vrijstaand met uitzicht over weilanden en bos waar wilde reëen grazen. Boekelo ligt op steenworp afstand en ook Enschede is dichtbij genoeg voor de mensen die tijdelijk naar de UT moeten voor hun werk.

Het Goede Gemoed is located in a very wooded area where you can walk, cycle and recreate to your heart's content. On the grounds of the University of Twente you can enjoy sports. The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. This spacious loft apartment is located in the outskirts of the cozy Boekelo. The old hayloft of this farmhouse has been turned into a wonderfully bright open space with its own kitchen, bathroom and separate sleeping loft. Located on various cycling and hiking trails and with golf course "Spielehof" around the corner but also within 20 minutes from the center of Enschede and Hengelo. In short, a wonderfully quiet place for many activities.

De Kapberg is in 2019 volledig nieuw gebouwd en is van alle gemakken voorzien zoals keuken met boiler, ingebouwde combimagnetron en alle standaard benodigdheden zijn aanwezig zoals bestek, borden en pannen etc. Ingebouwde radio, airco en kachel zijn aanwezig in de woonkamer. Badkamer voorzien van vloerverwarming, toilet, wastafel en douche. Slaapkamer met een 2 persoonsbed. Buiten is er een terras met picknick tafel, BBQ aanwezig.

Je kunt hier heerlijk vertoeven en even helemaal tot rust komen. Maximaal 4 gasten. Geen huisdieren. Gratis parkeren in de straat.
