Het gaat hier om een eenvoudige kleine vakantiewoning die geschikt is voor bewoning voor een (klein) gezin. Het is “back to Basic” en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt, maar is niet luxueus. Dit prachtige stukje natuur ligt in de nabijheid van het dorp Boekelo. Het huisje ligt geheel vrijstaand met uitzicht over weilanden en bos waar wilde reëen grazen. Boekelo ligt op steenworp afstand en ook Enschede is dichtbij genoeg voor de mensen die tijdelijk naar de UT moeten voor hun werk.

Het Goede Gemoed is located in a very wooded area where you can walk, cycle and recreate to your heart's content. On the grounds of the University of Twente you can enjoy sports. The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. You will stay in a beautifully renovated monumental school from 1913. The building is located in a quiet and characteristic district, between the campus of the University of Twente and the lively center of Enschede. The Kapberg was completely newly built in 2019 and is fully equipped such as kitchen with boiler, built-in combination microwave and all standard necessities such as cutlery, plates and pans etc. Built-in radio, air conditioning and stove are available in the living room. Bathroom with underfloor heating, toilet, washbasin and shower. Bedroom with a double bed. Outside there is a terrace with picnic table, BBQ available.
