Het is volledig van hout en heeft een oppervlakte van 30m². Het tiny house staat achter op ons terrein en is omringd door een natuurlijke tuin. Hierdoor heeft het een weids uitzicht met veel privacy. De rust en de ruimte in dit schattige huisje voelt als een ware belevenis, een plekje om even bij weg te dromen!

Close to Groningen in nature. With Sauna and gym

Welcome to Klein Nienoord, staying in a beautiful farmhouse from 1905 close to Groningen. The house has its own entrance and garden and is fully equipped. The luxurious sauna is a nice place to relax and if you want something more active you can use the gym. Within walking distance is the entrance to the Nienoord estate where you can take a beautiful walk. We have bicycles for rent to explore the area. Good to know: we do not provide breakfast. You do have your own kitchen with an oven.

With a magnificent view over the countryside in the characteristic landscape of the Frisian Forests, it is wonderful to relax. Next to the house is a warmly decorated tiny house where a lot of light comes in. Equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stove and with the most beautiful kitchen counter in Groningen. Upstairs are 2 sleeping lofts, each with a double bed. And there is an extra room with bed (*). The French doors lead you to a beautiful terrace with outdoor stove, sauna and the Groningen outdoor life. As an extra option, you can choose a breakfast or cheese platter consisting of organic local products

Back in time with the comfort of today. And you sleep in one of the three bedsteads! There is underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove.
