Gorgeous , sunny one bedroom in my home. My home is a beautiful historic brownstone. Newly renovated throughout. It's located in one of the most desired, hip areas in Brooklyn with great restaurants and nightlife nearby. Close to all transportation, the Brooklyn Museum and Prospect Park. A very safe neighborhood for walks. You can ride the train directly from Penn Station or JFK to the apartment. We have an apartment wide Next Generation HEPA Filtration System to protect against viruses.

Must be at least 25 yrs old to book. *This is a quiet space as we live in the apartment below. Absolutely NO parties and a MAX of 2 people in the room at any time. Our studio is excellent for solo, couples, small family, or business travelers and there's everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Spacious Park Block Gem!

Beautiful, spacious basement space in the owners triplex, 1/2 a block from Prospect Park with a beautiful backyard, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and living/dining room. NY law requires that we technically share the space with you, but you have the space to yourself during your stay. The owner is home during your stay. We are walking distance to subways, restaurants, shopping, movies, zoo and more. We do have a large dog named Max who you may hear from time to time (barking).
