Beachfront holiday rental in Bognor Regis

Feels like a proper holiday staying here with the beach right on the doorstep and the sun trap garden. Lovely little home, comfortable and with all the essentials as well as a fab location.

Just arrived home after 4 days at David's houseboat. The accommodation was perfect, a great kitchen/living area and with the doors wide open straight out onto the outside deck. The views looking out at the creek are spectacular and if you like wildlife like we do then there are some daily visitors to spend some time with. Thank you David.

This is a great place to stay in Hove and is as described. It was positioned perfectly for us for where we needed to be to visit family. The living room is a particularly great feature with sea views and plenty of space. If arriving by car, unloading can be a bit tricky due to having to park on adjacent roads but Joanne can't help that so it's just one to be aware of. We would certainly stay here again

We have just returned from a fantastic stay at Beach Lodge. It was the perfect base for myself, my husband, our two young children and our dog to stay for a couple of days whilst enjoying the delights of West Wittering Beach and the surrounding area. The lodge is connected to the main house, where the owners live, but it felt very private as it has its own front door and a back gate which meant we could come and go as we pleased. It is located literally just a few minutes walk to the beach - so very convenient! The lodge also has its own private, enclosed garden which was perfect for the kids and the dog. Communication with Michelle and Jack was faultless. Ahead of our stay, Michelle sent recommendations of local places for dinners/lunches which were so helpful and we ate at a few and all were delicious. Thanks Michelle! Overall, we found Beach Lodge to be peaceful, comfortable and the perfect place for a short weekend away from London. We certainly hope to return again soon!

Beautiful house in lovely area. Location would be hard to better, 5 minute walk to sea and a little further to shops/restaurants. The house is very well equipped with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. We particularly loved the secure gated parking area and the very modern, spacious kitchen.

Sarah's apartment was perfect, the location was great, flat was spotless and it was exactly as described. Lovely kind gesture of a bottle of prosecco when we checked in. Would absolutely recommend for a stay in Hove. We broke a plate and Sarah was super understanding. Thank you Sarah.

thank you for the amazing stay! everything was well organised, and there was plenty of space! super easy parking and deborah was so friendly and kind, we couldn’t have had a better stay! perfect for getting in and out of brighton too. very useful amenities and a clean comfortable space. both my partner and i had a lovely weekend away and will hopefully be back again soon! wonderful place and wonderful people❤️

The property is absolutely immaculate. It is more spacious than the photos suggest. The beach is literally at the end of the drive. Such a convenient spot. And the beds!! Well, if you don’t sleep well here then you won’t sleep well anywhere. Great place. Great host. Great time.

It was everything we needed for a family break with kids. It was near Lidl and other useful shops. We didn't need to use the parks swimming pool because the beach was on the bus route and near by. Glynis was very helpful and friendly. Unlike other caravan holidays I've been on, this one was very generous in supplying towels, hand wash, loads of toilet roll and washing up liquid. Lots of board games for kids in drawers. Excellent.

the caravan was clean and everything we needed was provided e.g cups, plates, cooking utensils, washing up liquid and clothes. the bedrooms were a good size and fairly comfortable beds. the caravan was in a great location the facilities were brilliant and we found out they had entertainment every night which was brilliant if you didn't want to leave the park. the decking outside the caravan was perfect for evening dinner and just to relax whilst the sunsets. I would definitely come back and Steven was very quick to respond if I needed any help

We had a great stay in Louisa’s caravan. The location was great, right next to the swimming pool, restaurants and beach. The place had all we needed for a great week away and the weather was great too! Day trip to the beach at West wittering was great.

We loved staying in the boathouse. Ideal for a family with children. Wonderful location looking over the creek . We didn’t hear the ferry which is 5 minutes away. We liked the sound of children playing on the other side of the creek. The pool area was recently upgraded. The property is well equipped and comfortable. Catherine was an excellent host who looked after every detail professionally.

We loved the apartment - it was spotless, spacious, and in the most gorgeous seafront location. Hosts had fab communication too. We love the area and will definitely visit again in the future ☺️

We really enjoyed our holiday at Whitecliff Bay Holiday Park. Rosie’s accommodation was excellent. It had everything it said it would. It was clean, well maintained and welcoming. Rosie advised on the local amenities and was extremely friendly to deal with. Would definitely stay there again.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Pebble Beach. The flat is comfortable and well laid out, with a cosy bedroom, clean bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. The private roof terrace with sea views was a real highlight, and being just steps from the beach made it a perfect spot to unwind. What meant the most to us was the host’s exceptional kindness — they went out of their way to extend our stay during a health issue, and we’re so grateful for their understanding and support. Selsey is a peaceful and charming seaside town, ideal for relaxing walks and quiet moments. While the property itself is simple, the beautiful location and the care shown by the host made our visit truly special. Thank you again for everything — your thoughtfulness made a big difference

We really enjoyed our stay in Selsey. Greg and Lynne's place was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. We appreciated the little extras in the kitchen. We loved the fact that the beach was only a few minutes away and had some lovely walks.

Great location which is at the end of harbour road and very peaceful. View is great and nature reserve is really pretty. All amenities were exactly as described. All the vintage games consoles et. Makes the place very unique and quirky. 1 minute walk to the beach which is also quite unique in the way it has been shaped by the sea. Shops 10 minutes walk. Pubs 20 minutes walk.

Had a lovely couple of nights at this property. The location is perfect, right by the beach. Walking distance to the shops. Parking on the drive for a smaller car but plenty of parking in the surrounding roads (paid but reasonable). Stones throw from the day entrance to Butlin’s. The flat itself is lovely and comfortable, no gas but lots of heaters and I think aircon. The bed is very high but comfortable. Check-in/out was very easy. Would definitely recommend this property!

Lovely, clean, well decorated space. We hadn’t taken on board there was no lounge or sitting area, so after long days working that would have been nice, but it suited our purpose very well, thank you Julie

Really great position, could see the sea from both living area and bedroom. Very close to the beach. Apartment is very tastefully decorated. Easy check in.

Practically perfect in every way A delightful stay - The Cabin is brilliantly designed - great care has obviously gone into making it a comfortable place with every amenity that one would need It’s less than a minute to the beach and the hosts - Mika and Sarah are very responsive and communicative, ideal hosts Loved the place and we’ll definitely be back (ps - title of the review is accurate but also a deliberate reference to Mary Poppins, the film which Sarah referred to in our first conversation as we arrived 😁)

We had a fantastic stay during May half term with the kids - the house is stunning, even better than the photos and the view is spectacular. The house has a very high -end finish to it and had everything you could wish for in terms of amenities. We look forward to visiting again sometime soon
