I had an absolutely fantastic experience during my stay! The flat was fully equipped with all the essentials and was in impeccable condition. Rebekah is a great host, made everything effortless; she was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond whenever I had a question. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking a stay in the area. You won't be disappointed.

Really loved our stay. The lodge was immaculate and exactly as described. Pet friendly especially the enclosed veranda wrapping round the lodge. Wendy was lovely, greeting us upon arrival to ensure all was well and answer any questions. Well equipped in all rooms and extremely comfortable with lots of storage. Our time in Rosie’s caravan was truly enjoyable. The space was spotless and well-organized, making it feel immediately welcoming. The shower had excellent pressure and consistently hot water, which was a real treat. We had no issues with the TV reception, and everything worked smoothly. The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, complemented by soft, supportive pillows. The kitchen was impressively well-equipped—everything we needed was right at our fingertips. Rosie herself was a fantastic host—warm, quick to respond, and full of helpful local tips that really enhanced our trip. We will come back again!

Cedar House is simply stunning. Beautiful gardens and surroundings, very comfortable and spacious property with everything you need. The pool and spa are a delight and I couldn't recommend highly enough. Kelly as a host is great as well, good at responding and clear with information, nothing was too much trouble. Overall, a brilliant place, would definitely recommend.

Thank you Carolyn for a lovely break at your lodge. It was an ideal location for my Dad's 86th birthday being 15 minutes from the coast and close to the sorts of places he enjoys (West Dean Gardens, Amberley Heritage Museum). We enjoyed our evenings in the Lodge overlooking the Lake. It wasn't quite warm enough to sit out but I imagine it would be lovely in the summer. The space was warm, welcoming, comfortable and we all slept well in this very well-kept and nicely furnished home. Would we return? Most definitely. Thank you. My Dad is looking forward to a return visit.

My husband & I and our husky spent 3 night’s at Eden Cottage and really enjoyed our stay! Kevin & Debbie were super helpful before and during our stay, with clear info on getting there, facilities available, and local recommendations, and were really lovely people to chat with. Their 3 Labradors were adorable! The cottage was very comfortable and clean, with all we needed for a relaxing stay, a comfy bed, great shower and well equipped kitchen, with some welcome treats! It’s set in a lovely large garden, which we and our dog enjoyed spending time in. The pool was a fab bonus; clean, warm and with towels provided. Kevin’s book ‘Reckless’ is well worth a read! The cottage is a 3-min walk to the Spread Eagle pub, which does a fantastic Sunday roast, and 10 mins walk into Liss is Turtle Bean cafe, serving tasty lunches; both places are dog friendly, and there’s a lovely IPC church 5 mins walk away. All in all, a great weekend and we will definitely visit again! Thank you, Kevin & Debbie!

We enjoyed our stay at this house a lot. It is very well stocked with things you might need, which are usually unavailable in caravans, eg, an iron, a vacuum cleaner, lots of books, puzzles, DVDs, and games for kids and parents. Our kids were entertained with the games and books for quite some time. The house is spotless and cozy. It is within walking distance to the center of the caravan park, at the same time, the house is on a quiet road with a beautiful sunset view. Crystal was very helpful and friendly. She sent clear instructions and helped us get a good deal for the ferry ride. When we had a change of plans, Crystal was very supportive; she replied quickly, even late in the evening, and made the whole stay perfect. Thank you very much, Crystal! I would highly recommend staying at this house, particularly working with Crystal. It was a pleasure!

An amazing long weekend and what a treat having the pool, particularly when the weather was so warm. Electric pool cover was very easy to operate. House so spacious and was perfect for 2 families of 4. Kitchen so well equipped. Garden was immense. And of course tennis court also such a treat. Maggie so responsive and so friendly, helped lots with advice around the local area. Highly recommend the walk to the Crown and Anchor in Chichester harbour….stunning views and a great lunch! A fab weekend for my husbands birthday….thank you Maggie!

Together with friends we enjoyed a fab weekend. Sara was a great host from start to finish. Accommodation was spot on, we had everything we could need and enjoyed some beautiful weather. Would highly recommend this property for a relaxing time in a beautiful location.

We had a fantastic stay ! We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the property, the place had plenty of rooms and 3 en-suites which was perfect. It was clean and tidy and very spacious, I would highly recommend this property and we loved our time here.

Me, my partner and our doggy loved staying here. The house is spacious, full of light and very clean. The garden is nice and the patio was cleaned during our stay. Jim always responded to any questions we had swiftly and any little problems we had during our stay were always taken care of and service men arranged for the next day. An ideal location close a walkable distance to the beach and very private and quiet.

Wonderful location, super friendly hosts. Easy to get in, lots of ameneties nearby. Was clean, and beautifully decorated. The fire on the Saturday night whilst having dinner was a real treat. 4 humans and one little dog loved it and will definitely be going back!

The clever architectural design has created a stunning barn conversion. This is complimented by the carefully chosen fixtures and fittings and the warm but understated colour palette. The kitchen dining lounge space has some quirky and rustic touches and is a lovely room in which to gather. There were some very thoughtful welcome gifts left for us and everything you need is provided for cooking and eating. The 3 en-suite bedrooms are all fabulous and the kids twin was accessed by a ladder, with its own shower room below. This end of the barn can be closed off for some privacy and has its own kitchenette, sofa and TV. The barn is warm and quiet and private even though the main farmhouse is right next door. The hosts are unobtrusive but there if you need anything. Our party of 6 adults, 2 young boys and a baby worked well in the space. We loved West Wittering Beach, the Itchenor Ferry and walk to Bosham and pottering around Chichester. The barn was so lovely that it was hard to leave!

Absolutely fantastic stay from start to finish! Spotlessly clean cottage with everything we needed for our stay. What really stood out was the complete LACK of dog smell! Being that it’s dog friendly, I’m sure many dog owners out there have experienced the smell of other pets that linger… Clean and fresh throughout the cottage. A lovely treat of a pint of milk and some sweet and savoury snacks waiting for us in the kitchen was a very kind touch. Hot tub was wonderful. Extremely easy to use, and a very helpful demonstration from Daniel at check-in. Overall a fantastic stay within quiet peaceful surroundings in beautiful, clean accommodation. Thanks Jenna and Daniel. We’ll be back :-)

We had a fantastic stay during May half term with the kids - the house is stunning, even better than the photos and the view is spectacular. The house has a very high -end finish to it and had everything you could wish for in terms of amenities. We look forward to visiting again sometime soon

Great place! convenient, peaceful location and everything we needed for a couple of nights stay. Responsive host with good advice, didn't have any issues but I'm sure any would have been dealt with quickly

We had such a lovely time at The Gables. It was a beautiful space and perfect for the whole family, we will definitely book again!

We had a fabulous stay. The bungalow was very spacious with a large lounge, kitchen and conservatory. The kitchen was very well equipped and the rooms had everything that we needed. Right by the pebble beach and a walking distance to a co-op, fish and chip shop. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay for my Husband’s birthday and the property did not disappoint! It was so beautifully decorated and very clean. Laura was also a fantastic host and answered all questions immediately. Thank you so much for giving us such a great weekend and for the extra surprise gift for my husband. We absolutely loved our stay here. Place was so lovely and light inside with the views out to the sea. We were especially grateful to have a later check out to be able to stay longer and have more time in the area. Perfect place for family and dog!

Beautiful location on the edge of the beach. Amazing view from sitting room and main bedroom. Light and airy house with all amenities and more. Debby answered all queries immediately. Highly recommend.

The place was very spacious and close to the water. Kitchen was well stocked, it met our needs and we really enjoyed our stay. Parking was probably the only issue but not a big deal. I would definitely recommend this place.
