Really lovely, comfortable and clean apartment in a great location. Beautiful Seaview was the highlight for us.

Great stay in a comfortable stylish apartment. The location was perfect as were travelling without a car and could easily walk everywhere. Lots of great pubs and restaurants nearby

Stayed here for 3 nights with my family. Had a great stay the house is fabulous very clean and spacious really central close to shops restaurants etc. We felt right at home. Anna was very responsive to some questions we had. We will definitely be booking again as we regularly visit the island as my brother and his family live there. Would highly recommend 👍

An absolute Gem if you want on the seafront right on the beach and pier this is your place. You can sit out on the balcony and watch the world go by on the beach. It’s perfect family apartment. The apartment was immaculate

Lovely apartment with everything we needed. Good size bedrooms and the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils etc. Two minute walk through the shared garden to the stone beach so super easy to pop down. East Wittering itself had lovely cafes and bakeries plus an amazing cheese shop. Karen was helpful and very responsive. I'd have no hesitation in staying again.

We stayed for 6 days in mid-August and it was such a great location and experience for us. Coming up to the day of arrival, Laura was in contact in relation to recommendations for places to see and things to do on site, advice on getting over to the island, where the local shops were etc. The apartment was really quiet and the place was well cared for. When we checked in there was everything there we needed. The fridge was empty and clean, as was the freezer. Everything you would expect for the kitchen was there. You do need to supply your own washing powder, but that was ok. Check out was just as easy and while it was early (10am) there are plenty of ferries running at that time to get you back to the mainland.

Lovely apartment by Worthing seafront, with all the comforts needed for a short stay. Super clean , all very new. The hosts were quick in communications and instructions to access very clear. We would have loved a little “welcome breakfast” kit , as we arrived late evening with a kid , and we did not have time for food shopping. Overall, very nice place to stay!

Feels like a proper holiday staying here with the beach right on the doorstep and the sun trap garden. Lovely little home, comfortable and with all the essentials as well as a fab location.

Carey is always responsive and happy to help as much as she can, this is our second stay here and it doesn’t disappoint, clean and everything is thought of, will definitely stay there again 😊

Beautiful house in lovely area. Location would be hard to better, 5 minute walk to sea and a little further to shops/restaurants. The house is very well equipped with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. We particularly loved the secure gated parking area and the very modern, spacious kitchen.

We couldn’t have asked for a better cottage in a breathtaking location. Lindy’s place was truly exceptional and far exceeded our expectations. Lindy was so friendly and helpful, it was a pleasure to meet her. Unfortunately, we were only able to stay for two days on this occasion, but what an amazing two days they were. We had a fantastic stay during May half term with the kids - the house is stunning, even better than the photos and the view is spectacular. The house has a very high -end finish to it and had everything you could wish for in terms of amenities. We look forward to visiting again sometime soon

Myself and our family of 5 with 3 dogs stayed at the property, and it’s quite hard to sum up the stay we had… other than perfect. This beautiful property located on the sea front, enables us to explore the nearby scenery and activities (crabbing went down well for the children) or make the most of the outdoor seating area and soak up the sun and view, we people watched all after noon and watched the world go by. Beautiful property (photos do not do it justice) and we certainly will be returning (neither of us wanted to return home after a relaxing bank holiday 3 might stay). Very friendly hosts and a great value stay. Very short walk to seafront, and was clean and tidy. Would recommend!

The property was just as described, beautiful clean and tidy kitchen. The seating at the Georgian window had views of the sea. The sun shone in and was delightful. The hot tub was well used by the family, they enjoyed it very much. Beds were comfy and well presented. The coffee machine was great. A lovely break for the bank holiday.

Excellent place to stay and great hosts

Rockpools is a lovely comfortable downstairs apartment in a great location. It’s a building with a characterful history and we’ve now stayed here three times, which tells you something about both the accommodation and the area. Hard to beat! Thank you Katie, I’m sure we’ll be back again!

Nice and clean, easy access from the back if you want to avoid the steps, roomy, modern and well catered.

Great apartment in a perfect location! The apartment is exactly as in the photos and the view from the living room on a sunny morning is perfect. Chris was responsive on messages upon booking and checked a few times before checking in we had everything we needed. There was no issues at all so no need for us to reach out for any further help. First time visiting the Isle of Wight and already can’t wait to come back. Thanks for a great stay ☺️

We throughly enjoyed our stay. Bognor Regis is well located to explore the area (we went to Arundel and Chichester) and the flat itself is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and the whole place was spotless It was difficult to tear ourselves away from the sunny balcony when it was time to leave We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend David and Chloe as hosts, they were really good at keeping in touch: before, during and after our stay had finished. We would not hesitate to re-book and would recommend The Lookout to anyone considering a visit to the area
