Holiday rentals with a patio in Bognor Regis

What a fantastic find, so close to the sea, pub locally for food and a fish and chip van too. The accommodation was spotless and the owner couldn’t have been more helpful. We had a wonderful few days thanks and hope we’ll be back again soon.

Monika and family were great hosts. The apartment was perfectly placed to explore all the lovely places to eat and visit in Portsmouth. The apartment itself was clean, spacious and had all you could need to be comfortable. Monika and her family made the whole process very easy, they were so friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again :)

Stayed for work for over ten weeks great place to stay.

Great location which is at the end of harbour road and very peaceful. View is great and nature reserve is really pretty. All amenities were exactly as described. All the vintage games consoles et. Makes the place very unique and quirky. 1 minute walk to the beach which is also quite unique in the way it has been shaped by the sea. Shops 10 minutes walk. Pubs 20 minutes walk.

Thanks to Wendy and Barry for a lovely stay at The Hideaway. It is a delightful little place and they have thought of every practical thing needed for a comfortable stay, including some welcome treats! We have no hesitation in recommending The Hideaway for a break in Hampshire.

This was our second stay here. It is perfect in every way. The Old Exchange is lovely. Spotlessly clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Joanne goes out of her way to make you feel welcome and is a great host. We particularly appreciated the food and drink items that were left for us. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

Susan’s place is so lovely and cozy and has a great view. My husband, who is from the UK, and I traveled to Findon for a wedding and this was the perfect place. Susan was very accommodating and responsive. We’ll definitely be back!

A beautiful space to be in, and the village is very lovely. The weather was very cold indeed, but the annexe was warm and cosy. as well as airy. A very peaceful and calm place

Stayed here last weekend for a family birthday. We could not have chosen a more perfect location or property. The amenities were perfect for a leisurely get away, loads of space inside & out. Exactly as described in the advert or reviews. All communication made for an easy arrival/check in/out and a very generous welcome hamper We were extremely lucky with the weather and sat the first evening eating & drinking outside watching red kites, hawks and the finale being a barn owl feeding in the next door field. What a treat to watch. The hot tub and electric BBQ made for an easy and fun evening. We did not explore as much as we would have liked but it was the perfect location for our weekend at Goodwood just 15 mins away. I cannot recommend highly enough if anyone needs a large space to entertain or just enjoy. I will definitely return to explore the wonderful attractions and scenery on another occasion. Beth's place is fantastic. The beautiful views through the big picture window were just amazing. The house is lovely with many thoughtful touches. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. I would highly recommend Beth's place to anyone visiting the island. It's a great base to get around and a lovely place to come back to.

Mary is a first class host. She is friendly and efficient with her communication. Her house is beautiful and ideal for a break for two. The house is spotlessly clean, very well-equipped and very homely. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac and is extremely quiet - we could even hear the owls hooting at night! It has a lovely sunny garden and dedicated parking. Highly recommended.

Had a lovely relaxing break here, the space was fantastic and the surroundings were peaceful and quiet. Excellent location - the village pub is a must visit!

Oak Cottage is a beautiful property with typical cottage feel and modern comfortable living features as seen in the pictures. Everything you needed was provided, with plenty of crockery, pans etc. a coffee machine, coffee pods a Cafetière, tea, including herbal teas & sugar all provided. There was milk, butter & bread in the fridge. Lovely details of Chocolates in a sweet tray on the dining room table and water bottles in the bedrooms. The bathroom and ensuite had hand soap and cream, shower gel, and plenty of towels were provided. Lorna was very helpful and responsive to our messages prior to our stay, we had no need to contact her during our stay. I would highly recommend Lorna & Oak Cottage.

The clever architectural design has created a stunning barn conversion. This is complimented by the carefully chosen fixtures and fittings and the warm but understated colour palette. The kitchen dining lounge space has some quirky and rustic touches and is a lovely room in which to gather. There were some very thoughtful welcome gifts left for us and everything you need is provided for cooking and eating. The 3 en-suite bedrooms are all fabulous and the kids twin was accessed by a ladder, with its own shower room below. This end of the barn can be closed off for some privacy and has its own kitchenette, sofa and TV. The barn is warm and quiet and private even though the main farmhouse is right next door. The hosts are unobtrusive but there if you need anything. Our party of 6 adults, 2 young boys and a baby worked well in the space. We loved West Wittering Beach, the Itchenor Ferry and walk to Bosham and pottering around Chichester. The barn was so lovely that it was hard to leave!

Beautiful house in lovely area. Location would be hard to better, 5 minute walk to sea and a little further to shops/restaurants. The house is very well equipped with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. We particularly loved the secure gated parking area and the very modern, spacious kitchen.

This was the perfect short break in a cracking location. My teenage daughter and I did some lovely walks, sat at the windmill at sunset, sketched at the ruined Abbey, went to Chichester for lunch via bus. Everything was just so easy and the house was impeccably clean, with beautiful quality furnishings and a really welcoming feel to it. We loved it. Thank you!

very relaxing beautiful surroundings, loved the bedroom with double aspect views and bed was so comfortable. Great shower. we did find the armchairs a bit low but then we are 'getting on'.Good choice of eating places in the area. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Nice and clean, easy access from the back if you want to avoid the steps, roomy, modern and well catered.

A spotless very cute place. Thoughtful decor and very well appointed. Only improvement would be the supply of a little mop as it rained and it was difficult to keep the lovely stairs clean. It was impossible to abound a little water in the entrance. Other than that tiny little thing we loved it. I will book again when I plan my next trip. I found it perfect for my fishing trip as it is central to whole of the massive harbour system. Emsworth is lovely with lots of pubs restaurants and shops. Fiona was excellent.

What a beautiful apartment! Everything you could need during your stay was provided and the apartment was clean, cozy and totally charming. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the town centre and the sea front. Hilary was an excellent host, super helpful and very quick to reply to messages. Thank you for a wonderful stay

We loved our stay. It was very comfortable and spacious. It is located a mile or so from Arundel town centre on a very busy road so you really need a car to get to and from the town. However to balance that, the setting with fields and flowers and woods and birdlife was just lovely. A very nice place to stay.

Really lovely comfortable, well laid out property which was spacious and well equipped. The welcome breakfast goodies was a really nice thought and much appreciated.

This apartment really is a home from home. It had absolutely everything you could need for a getaway, it was cleaned spotlessly and was so comfortable! There was a guest book with all of the information that you would need, which was so useful too. We really enjoyed our stay here, it was a peaceful and beautiful apartment and would love to stay here again 😊

The Lobster Pot was just the perfect place for me and Ratty my dog. It was so lovely - and beautifully prepared for my arrival. It really is just two minutes from the beach - and what an amazing beach. East Wittering is quite delightful. I hope to be back. Belinda
