check in and out time were flexible, the whole place was clean, the staff was very hospitable, the place was a walking distance from their public beach. We rented the place out for our thanksgiving party and it was very worth it. Overall, the place is perfect and I can recommend it for gatherings.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this place, largely thanks to Miss Cherry, who was incredibly accommodating from the very start. From our initial inquiry to booking and even upon arrival, she ensured everything went smoothly and reassured us that the place would be properly cleaned. When we arrived, the place smelled fresh, was very clean, and impressively spacious. One of the highlights was that they allowed us to check in early since the previous guests checked out ahead of schedule—something we truly appreciated. The location is very convenient, just a 5 to 10-minute ride from the airport, making it an ideal spot for a layover. Additionally, the comfort and amenities make it suitable for longer stays. Given the comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service, we would gladly choose to stay here again on our next visit.

I had a very pleasant stay. The apartment is super clean and - in contrast to other places - without any insects or other little animals. You also find a hot and powerful shower. Another advantage is that the entrance to the studio is directly near an asphalt street. At other places you often have to use adventurous patches. There are no other guests, only a nearly unvisible Australian pensioner. The garden is very beautiful. However the pool is not here but in a neighbours garden. If you don't want to walk one kilometer to the White Beach (where you can't really swim) during sunshine it's better to have a bike what the owner offers to rent. My favourite beach was at Oceanic Resort where the water is deeper and the beach very clean. There are some mini shops around but it's better to drive to a real supermarket. The famous Alona beach was very disappointing because of the traffic. Be aware that electricity, water and gas is to be paid separately, in my case around one € per day.

Unit is really small but cute and it had everything we needed. theres an kitchen with an induction stove and rice cooker and many utensils, washing machine, hot shower and really big TV. we were surprised by how many subscriptions there are, there's Disney+, HBO max, Netflix, prime video and I believe there was YouTube premium too, and best of all PS4 with plenty of games to play. also there were board games too, really amazing. Some kitchen utensils like pans were a bit worn out and could use a replacement to better fit the induction stove. The pool is free and really nice and easy to use, even little bit noisy and many people at the times, especially during duration of the school hollidays in Philippines. I also wanna add, in the unit there's an amazing ceiling fan besides the AC that is also a light, it really nice addition :) We really recommend this place, from friendly and responsive host to having so many amenities and all for a great price

I love the location and how kind ma'am Marichu is. This is was our second stay and we will definitely be staying here more often.

I had a wonderful stay at this place! It was very clean, cozy, and truly felt like home. Although the location is a bit farther from the highway, it's totally worth it because the area is very safe and peaceful. The host was also very accommodating and helpful, making the experience even better. I absolutely loved my time here and would highly recommend it for a family staycation. Definitely a great spot for relaxation!

Other than the distance to cebu city was quite far from talisay, given the traffic in the morning, it was a great place to stay. Recommend to get a car rental for easier mode of transportation as getting a grab is really difficult. There was a power cut for about half a day but we were outside when it got fixed so didn’t impact us much. Host were accommodating and replied us promptly whenever we needed help. great stay!!

Love the location. 10 min walk to Ayala mall. On the bus route. Laundry and 7 Eleven on the ground floor. The apartments are small But nice size for a couple. Then our a/c bill wasn’t much (2000 peco a month) Pool was great Very responsive representative Quickly desk with any problems. We will return

Mrs. Eva is a Great Host, very responsive and helpful. The Unit is Amazing! Species, clean, 2 CR and 2 showers. Very Fast Internet!! We stayed for 4 nights and were over all very happy. Very close to Ayala Mall. If you get out of the building turn right and on the main road right again. Walk for 5 minutes to Shell Gas Station amazing Cafe! Coffee and Pastries are incredible! Must visit. Very safe condo building and surroundings with 24 guard that’s also very friendly and helpful. If you need a taxi the guard will call one for you. I will definitely stay here again once I am back to Cebu. Highly recommended! Thank you so much Madam Eva!

Having stayed in Cebu previously, I wish I had done more research and found this lovely penthouse for our previous trip. The location in Mactan is ideal, the view superb, the kitchen well equipped and overall the penthouse was very clean and very comfortable. Grace helped us with transport which, having been to Cebu previously, was still very much appreciated. With my partner being a filipino we will be returning to Cebu and definitely look to re-book with Grace.

This loft is a designer's dream. Every corner had aesthetic appeal, and our host was fantastic with check-in instructions.
