Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Happy Valley is situated in the heart of the Normandy countryside at the end of a no-through road so no noisy passing traffic! It shares the site with our main home and 2 other gites. We're about 45 minutes from Mont St Michel; an hour from Bayeaux, Caen, Mayenne and Fougeres. It's another half an hour to the famous D-Day beaches. There are plenty of places to visit and things to do and of course lots of French markets and vide-greniers!

Datant du 18ième siècle, cette maison était connue de tout le village et encore aujourd'hui beaucoup d'habitants se rappellent y avoir passé un moment. La rénovation a porté sur la mise en valeurs des matériaux naturels (bois, pierre) en ajoutant un côté moderne. This 110 m2 house is an outbuilding of the Château de Vassy in the heart of an estate of more than 2 hectares of land. You can reconnect with nature and enjoy walks and quiet life in the countryside or visit nearby places, Granville, Avranches, Villedieu-les-Poêles or the beaches of Carolles or Jullouville.
