Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Bolinas Bay

Such a beautiful place! We had such a restorative weekend and loved the house so much! Everything was clean and ready for us, comfortable and welcoming. I would recommend this 1000% and am grateful for the time shared with friends here. Thank you Greg!

This place has a lot of quirk and charm. It has amazing view of the Marin headlands and was perfect for our cozy staycation celebration. It's an older property with a lot of older furniture and knicknacks which does result in dust accumulation. But the beds are clean and comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked for all the supplies you'd need to make meals. The deck is a lovely place to sit and sip on your coffee. The windows are huge which lets in a lot of natural light during the day but due to the construction of the house, there are very few overhead lights and only small lamps to use in the evenings. It adds to the cozy vibe but it is quite dark. Overall great stay, highly recommend!

This is an absolute gem of a place nestled in the redwoods. So close to everything yet so far away from the typical city noises and commotion. House has everything you need to enjoy your stay and the hosts are extremely helpful and communicative. 15 min walk to downtown with amazing restaurants and shops. Close to Sausalito, Tiburon and SF. A tourist dream stay here with the Bay Area at your fingertips, or a wonderful staycation for locals. Look no further and worry not about your reservation or hosts. Parking can be a bit challenging with steep hills and narrow streets, but so worth negotiating this one small piece for the peace you will feel under a canopy of redwoods. Lots of space, clean, cozy fireplace, easy entry and has all you need in the kitchen to prepare your own meals if desired. Hosts were wonderful and highly recommend a stay here! Thank you!!

My family and I absolutely loved staying here. It's in a gorgeous location with a view of the ocean from the deck. You can hear the waves in the distance. There's a hot tub that's in a beautiful spot beside a running creek with a waterfall. The house is clean, spacious, and very quiet. There's a wonderful little trail from the house that connects to the Mt Davis Trail, which is one of my favorite trails on Mt Tam, and is a beautiful little walk to town. Annie was wonderful - friendly, kind, helpful, and flexible. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, within driving distance of everything we needed or wanted to see. True to the description, the house is located right on hwy 1, so was rather loud until around 8pm. Regardless, we enjoyed the deck overlooking the road. The place had everything we needed, and we greatly enjoyed the stay. Peter was very responsive - when we had a small issue, he was extremely quick to respond and rectify it for us. We also really appreciated the recommendations put together for eating and sightseeing. Incredible. The house and location is like being in a dream, like a stay in another world - With the house on the water, the soft waves lapping under the house, the cormorants diving for fish, the ribbons of fog that pass through the bay in front of you.... Hog Island Oyster is right down the road on top of it all. Everything was perfect and I appreciate that such an amazing place is shared by the owners. We will be back!

Staying here was so nice and easy. Host made check in secure and easy which is not always the case. Very nice space and extremely clean. Great location for us. Walkable coffee/food locations and not a lot of through traffic. Private outdoor patio was nice to enjoy as well to get some fresh air during our stay and not be inside all the time. Thank you! A great base for your Point Reyes vacation. This is a peaceful, private suite in a beautiful setting. Lots of flowering plants around the property. Very clean. Very well maintained. Great natural light. Very comfortable bed. A short drive to the village of Point Reyes Station which has several restaurants, a grocery store and gas station. Close to Point Reyes National Seashore--be sure to hike the Tomales Trail that starts at the Pierce Ranch. In mid June it had everthing: wildflowers galore, dozens of elk, and sweeping ocean, cliff and meadow views.

Listing was exactly as describe and even more stunning in person. Property is within walking distance to downtown with lots of great restaurants and things to do. Debra had great recommendations on restaurants and wineries and was very responsive!! I would highly recommend!!

Lynn’s property & place is beyond beautiful & such a peaceful setting. A perfect place for a couple to relax & reconnect. Lynn was very welcoming….we even had a bottle of local wine waiting for us on arrival. Such a nice touch! The view & grounds are lovely. We enjoyed most going out exploring & returning here for a quiet evening looking out the windows to this quiet & breathtaking pastoral setting.

This was a nice place. We spent two nights there. The mattress was comfortable and had all other amenities you can need. The host was kind and responsive. Be aware of the road coming up to the place as it is one lane for a bit which was stressful when we ran into other cars. This might be a normal thing in the area, but not for us. Otherwise, the place was great! Thank you for hosting us and our puppy!!!

In the 17 years my parents (now father) have been coming to Mill Valley, this is by far the nicest place he has stayed in. It has the best location, walking distance to great restaurants, shops, and even a grocery store! The best breakfast place is literally right across the street! The unit is super spacious with a full-sized refrigerator and stove and cute little kitchen. There is even a washer and dryer in this unit! The bed was comfortable and the furnishings are lovely! Gary was amazingly responsive, courteous, and helpful with my father’s stay. He is great at communicating and was the best host! My father looks forward to staying here again in the future! Many thanks to Gary for making my father’s stay so memorable!

Erin and the unit were both great. Very clean and the unit was formerly two units that were combined into one large unit. The location is onmy 10 minutes from downtown Napa and near most Napa activities. The only drawback was not knowing it was a second floor unit. Although the stairs were not steep, having to carry luggage for an older guy like myself could be a problem. The only thing I would change is giving guest some kind of access to play golf and tennis while staying there.

I highly recommend staying at Gillian’s place in Mill Valley. My friends and I truly enjoyed our girls weekend there. The place is gorgeous, beautifully decorated and very clean. Gillian provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. I will definitely stay again in the future. We really loved the location!

I’m so glad to have found this airbnb! It was in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood. The place was cozy, clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We did have issues with wifi connections and would get bad signal on/off, also had trouble with opening the door (several tries with the code and being able to push open the door), but other than that, everything was perfect! Highly recommend this place and Kristina was awesome! I definitely would book here again if the need arises!

We had a fantastic time. The view was second to none, with easy access to the beach and restaurants. Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. Great coffee shop within walking distance (albeit with a decent hill). We happened to stay when whales were just off the coast and saw them from the shore. Could not have asked for a better day. For those with mobility issues - you do need to climb about 10 narrow steps to get to the tram, which lets you skip the rest of the stairs. But there is no way around those first steps. Would absolutely come back.

Eileen and Simon were fantastic hosts. They were always responsive and gave great recommendations for eateries. We also forgot to pack face wash, and he was very responsive and accommodating in letting us use a bottle of his. 10/10 would recommend

I read all the reviews online about Kimberly's place so I knew it would be nice. The large closet was awesome, comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen. The only problem I had (I knew this ahead of time) was hearing the owner's kids above us. Most of the time, no problem and never at odd times. I did feel the parents were as courteous as possible for 2 small kids but it was hard to take a nap a couple of times. I am used to a single home so this may play into it. I still recommend their place but keep in mind, occasionally, you hear people upstairs as also written in other reviews.
