House holiday rentals in Bollate

Unser Aufenthalt bei Doriano und Raffaela in Solbiate, in der Nähe von Como, war einfach wunderbar. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und lag in einer ruhigen Gegend – ideal zum Entspannen. Doriano und Raffaela waren äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns sofort wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Ich würde diesen Ort jederzeit weiterempfehlen!

Nous avons séjourné dans l’appartement de Marco à l’occasion d’un EVJF et nous avons été enchantées : appartement accueillant, chic et design ! Accueil plus que chaleureux de Marco qui fait tout pour que nous nous sentions au mieux. Sans oublier sa disponibilité, ses recommandations précieuses et son sens inégalable du service (chauffeur aéroport, chef à domicile, réservations de restaurant et spa, etc.). Nous n’avons aucune fausse note à relever tant Marco nous a offert plus que ce à quoi nous nous attendions ! Un immense merci, vous avez rendu notre séjour encore plus inoubliable. Nous reviendrons à n’en pas douter ! MERCI !

Airy, bright, clean and functional. The kitchen is very well equipped - more so than at other places we’ve stayed. The deck area is lovely to sit in, and the whole flat felt private - even though the family is onsite… Flavio and Milena are friendly but not invasive, and the tiny kids are learning the trade! Friendly and welcoming. Como is always a hassle to navigate, but Flavio’s insider knowledge made our trip there seamless and truly enjoyable. The hosts are all about making it work for you - which is brilliant!

This home was honestly such a dream! The host was easy to work with and provided a very helpful video for check in. The parking lot/suitable drop off point for a driver is a bit of a distance from the house, on a cobblestone walkway with stairs along the way. It was a lot of work to get my luggage to the house but SO WORTH IT! It’s absolutely gorgeous and as pictured. The outdoor areas are all stunning and lush - I loved sitting outside for coffee, breakfast, and watching the sunset in the evenings (but bring bug spray)! It rained most of my stay so I didn’t use the jacuzzi or outdoor shower much, but they were functional (I checked) and looked lovely. The ferry station and bus stops are about a 5 min walk away and a local market around 3 minutes away. The couple that owns the store was so sweet! I walked to 3 different restaurants nearby for dinner. They were within 3-15 minutes walking distance and wonderful food! This will absolutely be my first choice for a future Lake Como stay!

Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno fantastico! L'appartamento era esattamente come descritto, pulito, spazioso e ben arredato, con tutti i comfort necessari per rendere la nostra esperienza ancora più piacevole. La posizione è perfetta, a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni turistiche, ma abbastanza tranquilla da garantire un riposo sereno. Il nostro ospite è stato estremamente disponibile e attento, rispondendo rapidamente a tutte le nostre domande e dando ottimi consigli sulla zona. Consigliamo vivamente questa sistemazione e non vediamo l'ora di tornarci!

Gorgeous views and finishes in the home. The outside landscaping and pool area was very pretty as well.

Het is een zeer fijn verblijf. De aankomst is prima geregeld en de informatie die je nodig hebt is op tijd. Het huis zelf is schoon en prima ingericht. Buiten is het echter nog beter, veel ruimte en een mooi zwembad. Het uitzicht is super! Ik ben zelf te lang om binnen onder de douche te staan maar de douchecabine bij de sauna in het achterste deel van het complex is prima! De oprit is steil maar geen probleem, de auto staat veilig en droog. Serena is een goed gastvrouw, vriendelijk en reageert snel. Haar vader woont op de bovenverdieping, vertrekt vroeg en komt laat terug. Is overigens een erg gezellig en vriendelijk man waarmee je heel goed even een gezellig praatje mee kan houden. Al met al een goed adres voor een ontspannen vakantie. Een aanrader. Nogmaals bedankt Serena en Henry

My husband, my children and I stayed at Sebastiano’s place for three days and we have collected lots of nice memories for life. The views of this place are amazing. It is very comfortable and has in the surroundings many places to visit, or to do water sports. It was very easy to arrive by public transport and also to move from there to every sightseeing in the region. The house is very homie, and the kitchen had everything we needed, The pool is big plus and has a very relaxing atmosphere. We will come back for sure.

Eine super saubere und sehr ansprechende Wohnung mit allem, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht! Top ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Von Gewürzen, Spülmaschinen Tabs bis hin zu Reinigungs- und Badartikeln alles vorhanden. Super, super und nochmal super. Immer wieder gerne😉 Danke für alles😉😘

היינו 3 לילות בדירה. נהננו מהכנסת האורחים של אמיליו ואנה. הם מארחים חמים וידידותיים למרות הקושי בהבנת השפה. הם שלחו אותנו למסעדה מומלצת, לסופר הקרוב. הדירה נחמדה, נעימה, נקיה ומסודרת. אנחנו ממליצים מאד על שהיה בה.

Tutto come da descrizione. Luca è molto preciso e tempestivo nel rispondere. Buona posizione con a 20 metri una Coop. Ultimissima per spesa e altro. Casa graziosa e ben tenuta. Tutti i servizi indicati erano presenti.

We booked Ugo's home for one reason.... the view. It did not disappoint. We drank our morning coffees and ate our meals on the balcony. We actually went to a restaurant with an amazing view, but after we left, we stated we should have just cooked and ate outside the house since it is so private. Ugo provided coffee, which was highly appreciated! We bought the wrong coffee at store. The fruit platter was amazing and ate at every meal. Oh, I made orange juice and was delicious! We were given directions to free parking in bellagio. Plus, we got a flat tire and Ugo helped direct is where to repair it. Overall, go for the view amd don't leave the house! Unless you want to walk to town to get coffee, fresh meats, and gelato but go directly back!

Abbiamo soggiornato 5 giorni nell’appartamento e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Lucia è davvero super accogliente e disponibile. In casa c’è tutto l’occorrente e si trova sempre il parcheggio gratuito. Pulizia impeccabile. È come sentirsi a casa 🥰 Grazie Lucia !

Beautiful place, really is such a cool interior and everything js thoughtfully chosen. Marconi’s really accommodating and responses are quick!

un très bel endroit un peu hors du temps et de l'urbanisation. nous conseillons en plus en juin avec les jasmins en fleurs, c'est un petit paradis !

Absolutely stunning place! One of those rare cases when the place is even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. Every detail is charming, and we especially loved the honey made by Gloria’s family. The authenticity of the house and its surroundings is perfectly balanced with comfort — you feel both inspired and at home. Palanzo isn’t the easiest place to reach without a car, but Gloria helped us arrange a transfer and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay.

The local restaurant is great, the condo is perfect for a couple, and the neighborhood is truly special.

Fully recommend! Dimitri was really good, responding to messages within minutes, and was very helpful. Apartament was very clean and modern. Really good for family 2+2. Kitchen had everything you need (maybe just need a sharper knife!). 10 minute walk to metro which takes You directly to Duomo without need to change the lines. Parking the car was bit challenging in the evenings as all the places were usually taken, but there was a public car park with lots of spaces about 5 minute walk from the apartament. Supermarket within walking distance, local bakery just across the road and small shop which was open till late night. Lidl and Il Gigante about 10 minute drive as well. For runners: there are two large parks just about 1 km from the apartament which had lots of paths for training (some local events were happening also!).

Wir wurden von Nicola sehr herzlich empfangen. Alles lief reibungslos und unkompliziert ab. Die Wohnung war in Top Zustand und die Nachbaren waren sehr freundlich. ich würde mich freuen, wiedermal als Gast bei Nicola zu sein, wenn ich wieder in Mailand bin.

Für uns war die Casa Berta die perfekte Unterkunft! Wir waren je einen Tag in Bellagio und Como - und waren heilfroh, die Menschenmassen (Ende Mai!) hinter uns lassen zu können und in so einem ruhigen, charmanten Bergdorf zu wohnen. Die Straße hinauf haben wir uns von den Bewertungen her schlimmer vorgestellt - es ist ja gottseidank nicht viel Verkehr hier hinauf. Wir haben dennoch den Bus bevorzugt, der eigentlich immer zuverlässig gefahren ist (außer sonntags, da fährt er halt generell nicht). Die Casa selbst ist echt entzückend. Alles wie auf den Fotos. Sehr bequemes Bett und Kopfpolster. Auch die Dusche mit gutem Wasserdruck (normal mag ich keine Duschvorhänge, aber die Dusche ist groß genug, sodass der Vorhang, der noch dazu nicht aus Plastik ist, nicht am Körper kleben bleibt). Die Terrasse ist auch mega, wir haben hier viel Zeit verbracht. Perfekt wäre es noch, wenn es auch auf der Terrasse Empfang gäbe, um z. B. Musik zu streamen oder den nächsten Tag zu planen.

Ευρύχωρο και φωτεινο διαμέρισμα, ανακαινισμένο και καθαρό, σε εξαιρετική θέση, σε κεντρικό σημείο και ταυτόχρονα ήσυχο, κοντά στο μετρό και όλα είναι κοντά και με τα πόδια. Οι οδηγίες για την πρόσβαση ήταν σαφείς και η επικοινωνία άμεση.

Abbiamo cercato un alloggio per soggiornare tre giorni vicino al Nameless Festival. Domenico è stato molto gentile e ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie per il check-in. La casa è ben fornita di tutto il necessario. Il nostro soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole. Grazie!

Am avut parte de o experiență minunată la această cazare din Italia! De la momentul sosirii, am fost întâmpinați cu multă căldură și ospitalitate, iar gazdele au fost extrem de amabile și atente la nevoile noastre pe tot parcursul sejurului.
