very nice landlords, were greeted kindly with wine and flowers. Apartment as described, everything clean. Good location Shopping close, beach, restaurants reachable by bike in 5 minutes. Great sandy beach, many great excursion destinations accessible by bike on beautiful paths. Leiden is very worth seeing only 7 km away. Landlord has also given tips. Highly recommended. Apartment offers plenty of space even for bikes in the garden.

Laura and her husband Arjan were the perfect hosts! Arjan served us breakfast each morning which included a basket of fresh bread, fruits and cheese. Arjan provided us with great recommendations and most especially - showed us how to use the tram system! It is a lovely apartment and they made us feel very welcome.

Linda is a perfect host and communicated with us before, during and after our stay, answering all our questions. Finding the property and checking in was easy. The location is a very quiet residential area, with reliable transport links (tram and bus) to all the major sights of interest, shopping centre and railway stations. The property itself is a beautiful art deco apartment which retains a lot of its original features, without sacrificing 21st century comfort and amenities. The bed was really comfortable and we slept very well. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and has everything you need to prepare and cook a full meal and there is a dishwasher (hurray!). Shower is great with an unfailing supply of hot water and having a washing machine and tumble drier was a real bonus as we arrived with a lot of laundry. The neighbours were friendly. If we come back to Den Haag, we hope to stay here again as it's a great base from which to explore both city and seaside.

Very amazing accommodation if you wanna have the Amsterdam experience. Both Karin and her husband communicated well and were very nice people. They were also available if you needed help, lived nextdoor. Gave us recommendations on what to visit and how to get there. The public transport was nearby too. Very nice place near the Olympic stadium. Definitely recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay at Gein Lust B&B! Just a few minute's ride from the city, the location is absolutely idyllic and beautiful, very peaceful and serene. The accommodations were also first class, perfect for our needs. The space is comfortable and spacious, and nicely appointed. Bianka was a great hostess, very friendly and excellent communication! I highly recommend!

Sebastiaan was so kind and friendly. He met us promptly when we arrived and showed us the space. The apartment was beautifully furnished and had complimentary coffee and even a bottle of chilled champagne! He made some great local recommendations. Each time we messaged him, we heard back within minutes. I really appreciated that his checkout process was simple --much appreciated when you're trying to get out the door early in the morning. Overall, the place was beautiful and quiet (no street noise), in a perfect location to easily walk to everything we wanted to see, and Sebastiaan was so helpful. Loved this place, would definitely recommend.

Trudy's place was everything we expected and more. The location was quiet and private while a short walk to the central train station and from there, a quick ride into Central Amsterdam. We found the apartment spotless and comfortable in every way and our hosts were as gracious and accommodating ad we could have hoped for. If we have the opportunity to stay in Haarlem in the future, we will look forward to staying at Trudy's place.

The perfect pad for two in a really beautiful part of Amsterdam - central and easy to walk to everything but quiet at night and a lovely friendly atmosphere. Mati was great and really easy to get hold of, ask questions etc. I would highly recommend this stay.

Karel is a remarkable host. Attentive, very available and discreet; he kindly prepared his boat for us without us having warned him very early for that and inquired to allow us to watch a football match (a special request from one of us). Regarding the house, it is incredibly large, extremely well-equipped, nicely furnished and has very beautiful exteriors overlooking the river. I highly recommend staying at Karel's and I hope to return!

There is no way to top the location of this apartment. Walking distance to the beach, the Strand and the many restaurants on Keizerstraat.

Joost and his wife are particularly welcoming. Their warm side helped make our stay familiar and friendly. Excellent bedding. Perfect cleanliness. The breakfast brought every morning with a smile was carefully prepared, good and hearty. This moment was an opportunity to chat a little with an open and caring couple. The apartment, easy to find - is extremely pleasant, well furnished, accessible and in a green and peaceful setting. The tram that takes us to the city center and the Museum district is a 3-minute walk away and the trams are very frequent. We were on site with 2 dogs and had a very nice time. The place was clean and as described. For us, it was the ideal accommodation and we will be happy to come back in the future.

We had a really nice stay at Nicolette's place. Perfectly situated to visit the "Groene Hart" of the Netherlands or go to Gouda, Utrecht… by bike. The house is on the beautiful river Vecht and is in a very quiet environment. Nicolette is also a very friendly and flexible host

We (5 friends+1 dog) had very nice days in the accommodation. Great quiet rural location - surrounded by nature. Nevertheless, the way to Amsterdam is quick and uncomplicated (small tip: there is a ferry). Victor and his wife are very friendly and uncomplicated. So if you need some peace and quiet but still want to be in the city or do other activities quickly, this is the place for you. Edam and Volendam are also highly recommended. A day trip to the North Sea is also worthwhile ;-) We will be happy to come back.

That was a wonderful stay in a sweet and very cozy accommodation! When we come back to Amsterdam, we definitely want to be accommodated in Astrid's little cozy cottage again! Everything you need is available here. There is also a selection of spices, coffee and tea available as well as sufficient cooking utensils and dishes. The house was very clean and tastefully cozy. The beds were very comfortable too. Shopping facilities are within walking distance, as is the bus stop with a good connection to Amsterdam. All in all, a five-star plus accommodation! This apartment was amazing for our quick trip to Amsterdam. The location is perfect—right on one of the main canals and walkable to everything. Helena was such a gracious host and gave us some great recs for vintage shopping, drinks, and eats. The space was well appointed and she was so flexible with our arrival and departure times. I would 100% recommend this place and would stay here again on a future visit.

My family of four stayed at Max’s place for four nights. The location is great, with just about an hour’s drive to many popular destinations in Holland. The view of the lake from the balcony was beautiful. The apartment was clean and spacious. We truly enjoyed our stay in this quiet and peaceful neighborhood, and we will recommend it to our friends and family if they visit Holland in the future.

Great stay! The apartment is centrally located on a beautiful canal. Despite being on the ground floor, it felt very private. Quiet, lovely design, comfortable--and a very responsive and helpful host who went above and beyond. We hope very much to return again!

We stayed at Alexandra's beach house for the 3rd time and will be back for sure! For us it is the perfect place to stay in Noordwijk: great location right on the beach, very quiet, perfectly clean and very well equipped. Due to the gas fireplace, the apartment is warm and cozy in every season. Alexandra is a great hostess. Even though in principle self check-in and check-out are provided, she has always welcomed and said goodbye to us and is always available. We will be back!
