Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Bollenstreek

Ruud and Peter were great hosts, there to welcome us and provide very useful tips on our arrival and whenever we needed them. The White Tulip was clean, bright and comfortable with a lovely little outdoor area and garden to use. The house had everything we needed, including a big comfortable bed, a large bathroom with an amazing shower. As we had a car we were able to travel the short distance to catch the train to Amsterdam and to visit Haarlem and Ruud's tips allowed us to park for free on each occasion.

The apartment is great, but the absolute highlight is the terrace on 3 sides of the house, right on the water. The large glass fronts in the living room provide a view of the water, which makes the apartment special even in cool temperatures. The only downside is that you'd rather not go on an excursion, but just stay in the apartment.

The most perfect little house in Maarssen! Located about 20 minutes via bus/train from Utrecht and 30 minutes from Amsterdam, this gorgeous abode was a piece of heaven after a day of exploring! Upon arrival I was greeted by a few friendly chickens wandering the property and Ewoud, who made me feel right at home with not only great recommendations for Maarssen but helpful incite for bus information/apps and bike rentals. The house itself is so picture perfect cute! Comfy beds, relaxing bathtub, washer/dryer and a lovely outdoor space fitted with patio furniture. Keep in mind the stairs inside are rather steep and spiraling - but I found that it only added to its charm and felt like the bougie treehouse of my childhood dreams (lol). Got a chance to chat with Catelijne and Ewoud a bit on the eve of my departure and they are such wonderful hosts - would 100% recommend and would love to return!

Joost was an amazing host to me and my family! It was the first time that we were traveling abroad with our 11mo son and he made us feel right at home- even had a travel crib set up upon arrival. The location is very convenient - right above a coffee shop which Joost gives vouchers for :) very walkable and overall great space!

Ruben's sweet ground Level Flat was perfectly Situated for our 2 night stay in Amsterdam. Located literally around the corner from the Rijksmuseum and the major tram stops it was so easy to get around. The space is clean and bright. We really appreciated the quiet backyard Patio after a day of exploring Amsterdam. We would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Anne's beautiful home. The kayaks were amazing and we loved exploring the local area in them. Anne was very friendly and helpful with suggestions of places to go to and things to do. It was a beautiful experience to kayak up to the windmills and see the local wildlife.

The location was very good, you can be on the beach in 3 minutes. It was very secluded. Good bus connections for those who come by public transport. On parallel boulevard plenty of great restaurants plus a shopping street. Not so big shell selection on the beach, but if you get up early in the morning you have better chances. Beautiful level beach well suited for long walks.

Joke and their family were very responsive and extremely helpful,they made us feel at home,would definitely like to come back again.. myself and my friends enjoyed a very relaxing holiday Thanks again

very nice landlords, were greeted kindly with wine and flowers. Apartment as described, everything clean. Good location Shopping close, beach, restaurants reachable by bike in 5 minutes. Great sandy beach, many great excursion destinations accessible by bike on beautiful paths. Leiden is very worth seeing only 7 km away. Landlord has also given tips. Highly recommended. Apartment offers plenty of space even for bikes in the garden.

The location was perfect for us and accommodations clean, quiet and private. Beautiful town! Hope to return someday!

We liked Brigitte's accommodation very much - small but very nice :) We were greeted with a small personal message and a surprise on the occasion of our anniversary. The location is good if you have a car with you (for the larger cities around it), you can walk to the beach in about 20 minutes but through beautiful dunes and you have a few steps directly in it ;) We felt very comfortable as a couple and would gladly recommend the apartment. Brigitte responds very quickly and kindly and has many recommendations for the area. A big thank you to Brigitte :)

The accommodation perfectly matches the photos and description. The house is equipped with everything you need, especially the kitchen and coming by plane from Italy this was very much appreciated, we only had to buy food (the supermarket is a 5-minute walk away). The area is quiet, full of greenery, and the parking is free and right outside the house. Chris was very kind and always responded quickly, giving us useful information. Check-in was quick and there was a lot of flexibility on the schedule, even for check-out. Nieuw Vennep is an excellent starting point for many cities and towns, if you rent a car.

We stayed with Jannette & Nico for 2 nights and felt very comfortable! The communication was very friendly and fast. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. The location is very central so everything is within walking distance. Highly recommended for a short trip to Noordwijk.

The stay with Marjolein and Michiel was extraordinarily beautiful and cozy. Quietly located, beautiful ambience with private pond terrace and garden. Ideal for cycling tours to the World Heritage Site of the mills in Kinderdijk, Rotterdam, and Dordrecht. The water bus is also highly recommended! Since my husband turned 60, Michiel had thoughtfully put a nice bottle of Prosecco in the fridge for us in advance. Breakfast was very tasty and extensive. The beds are very comfortable. The room could be darkened well for sleeping. The car could be parked very safely in the yard. Thank you very much again for the wonderful stay!! Dr. Gerlinde and Heinz Schulte-Brochterbeck

The place is amazing. Quaint , bright and very well thought out. The surrounding gardens are impeccable, the decor is warm and inviting and you feel immediately at home. Are hosts were lovely. Ever present, warm and inviting while respecting privacy and always ready with a smile. Set just a 5 mins walk from the train station you truly can’t beat the location as access to the beach, Amsterdam or all points is literally at your disposal. Uber was also easily accessible. I only hope on our next visit, it’s not so booked we can’t get in. It’s a must stay.

We loved the warm welcome from Frank and Antoinette! The neighborhood is beautiful, and the apartment has lovely views.

Our stay at Monica and Pasqual’s was excellent. The home is exactly what is depicted in the photos. Monica and Pasqual’s communication with us was excellent and when we asked about our bicycles they provided us with a solid lock so we could safely leave them in the front yard. The huge bedroom windows overlook an intersection and I loved sitting in bed with the morning sun streaming in, enjoying my early morning coffee while watching the local people go about life. The location was perfect for us to walk from the train/bus station or cycle to family and friends.

The apartment is tastefully decorated, cozy and clean. I slept super in the comfortable bed, the surroundings were quiet. The stairs to the apartment are steep, but no problem, just a little unusual on the first day. I was greeted by a real person at the house and spoiled with small goodies. Conclusion: I felt welcome and absolutely comfortable. I was very happy to be a guest at Charlotte's and would be happy to come back anytime. A clear recommendation for the apartment and Utrecht as a city.

We had a great time in this sweet apartment. We loved sitting in the living room overlooking the canal and appreciated the great shower and overall layout of the apartment. The location is fantastic. Very residential and more peaceful than other parts of the city we have been to. We highly recommend it!

Perfectly located apartment from which you can enjoy a fantastic sunset in the evening. The beach bars are in the immediate vicinity. The center is about 15 minutes on foot. A plus point is the parking space belonging to the apartment and located on the property. We can definitely recommend the stylishly furnished beach house.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Mel & Henri’s place! From the moment we arrived, they were so warm and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and full of charm—it truly felt like a home away from home. Every little detail was thoughtfully arranged, and their hospitality made all the difference. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Margriet greeted us personally and showed us everything. The apartment was cozily furnished and everything you needed was there. The bus stop and a supermarket are also nearby. The location was very quiet and we were able to park in front of the door. To the beach it's a 10-minute bike ride. We were able to use Margriet's bikes for free. Everything great!

We were greeted personally by Remy and he showed us the apartment and explained how to operate the hot tub. He also gave us recommendations for the area. We were always able to reach him via message and he was very helpful. The apartment and jacuzzi are very private so you feel comfortable. In addition, the accommodation was super clean and pleasant accents were set by fresh flowers.

Great apartment with good amenities in an optimal location to the beach and the promenade. Very quiet. Very friendly and nice contact. Loving furnishings with small touches. Kitchen with coffee machine. Coffee, jam were even included. Parking nearby. However, we did not move the car during our stay. Everything was good and easy to reach by bike and public transport. If there was anything to complain about, a few hooks for jackets inside would be good. You don't have a sea view from the apartment, but just around the corner and you were there. Conclusion: We were here in the area for the first time. If we want to come back here again, we'd like to stay in this apartment again.
