Immenstadt is located in the heart of the Allgäu in the middle of the Allgäu Alps in the Alpsee-Grünten holiday region. The apartment is close to the center and is the ideal starting point for mountain, ski and swimming excursions. The Kleinwalsertal in Austria is about 30 minutes away by car.

Brenda´s Mountain Home

The 50sqm apartment was put together with a lot of love to detail. The main living area has a fully equiped kitchen, a dinning area and a sleeper sofa. The bedroom and bath are seperate from the living area. Outside there is a terrace with a view on to the mountains. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, approximately 10 minutes walking distance to the village, 3 minutes to the ski-jumping stadium and 7 minutes to the Nebelhorn Ski Lift. There is enough space for skis, bikes, etc.

Unsere kleine aber feine gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern ist die ideale Basis für einen Familien Bergurlaub (Nähe Oberstdorf). Wanderrouten starten direkt vor der Haustür; dort hält auch der Bus, um kostenlos in 20 min in hochgelegene Ski- und Wandergebiete zu kommen. Kostenloser Privatparkplatz. Im beheizten Hallenschwimmbad (25-27 °C) lässt sich nach einem Tag in den Bergen gut entspannen. Die Sauna kann einzeln pro Wohnung reserviert werden (2€ = 15 min heizen)

Popular Allgäu attractions such as lakes, ski resorts, summer/winter toboggan runs and thermal baths are in the immediate vicinity. The on-site swimming pool and sauna are ideal for relaxation after outdoor activities
