Only about 6 minutes walk from the Rhine and the train station (Cologne/Koblenz). A tram station to Bonn, Siegburg and Bad Honnef and the pedestrian zone with a bakery, groceries and restaurants is about a 7-minute walk.

The apartment is about 30 square meters. It is located on the first floor, has its own entrance and a door to the garden. In the front area are the shower room and the living and working room with a large, extendable dining and desk, with an armchair, shelves and storage facilities and TV. At one of the most beautiful intersections of Bonn's Südstadt is our newly renovated apartment, with views of the magnificent Wilhelminian-style houses to the front, as well as into the garden to the rear, it is very quietly located. 5 minutes away is Poppeldorf Palace with its botanical garden. Bus and tram are within 2-5 minutes walking distance and Bonn main station is a wonderful 15-minute walk. All shops serving everyday needs are also close by.

"Der Schuppen" is a former workshop that I converted into a modern, small feel-good house. You live centrally, but in the middle of the countryside, at the foot of the Venusberg. Shops serving everyday needs and the tram stop are a 4-minute walk away. The train takes 11 minutes to get to the main train station. The Haus der Geschichte is 1.4 km and the World Conference Center is 1.9 km away. The open-plan "shed" has its own entrance.

Use of the garden is possible by arrangement.
