The TINY HOUSE AMÉLIE is located just a few minutes' walk from the entrance to the Wutach Gorge in the heart of the Black Forest village of Boll. It is the prototype of the architecture and design start-up SYNDIKAT:WALDEN, based in Vienna, Hamburg, and, until 2023, here in Boll, and represents a reinterpretation of the traditional Black Forest wooden hut. It was designed with great attention to detail and built using only natural materials.

The attic loft apartment (built in 2018) is located in a farmhouse with horses and is ideal for guests (individual or a couple) looking for peace and relaxation who only want to cater for themselves to a limited extent (breakfast). The cooking facilities on the brand new wood-burning stove are limited due to the sloping roof. There is a small electric hotplate. Dishes, coffee maker (Nespresso capsules) and kettle are provided.

The quiet retreat is designed for two people and has a cozy double bed, a seating area, storage space and a kitchen corner with a wash basin and refrigerator. The apartment on the first floor is located in a former farmhouse and has been completely newly furnished. It is suitable for 2 - 3 people. The house has a large garden with various seats for shared use, as well as a garage in the house. In the surrounding area there are shops for everyday needs.
