Beachfront holiday rental in Bonner County

We had a great time celebrating a milestones with friends in this house. Billie was kind enough to provide us with fresh basket of eggs, warm welcome, and local recommendations. We spent a lot of time mesmerizing the view, walking up and down the shore, bird watching (lots of eagles around!), and also appreciating all of the details in the house, including the antique collections and personal decorations. The house is just across from the lake (there's also a boat launch access). Not only the place full of friendly farm animals, but it's also quiet and serene at the same time. Our friend group had a wonderful time and we would love to come back in the future :)

I was looking for a quiet getaway on the lake at a reasonable price but near enough to Sandpoint so I could enjoy shopping and restaurants. Just 20 minutes from town, the property is tucked down a gravel road on a woody hillside above Garfield bay. We loved the quiet that let us hear the sounds of the water and the winds in the trees. We also saw a bald eagle fly by multiple times! I quite enjoyed the eclectic feel of the property. It has a unit at top that sleeps two plus just below an outdoor area for a fire and then next to that a tiny house with small table, mini kitchen and shower plus another small building with a bathroom and bedroom. Carefully chosen touches of artwork throughout added to the charm. But I think my favorite thing was the long deck that included a wooden counter along the railing with seating for everyone to eat or the sweeping views of the bay, the lake, the hills. The views really were amazing from sunrise to day views to sunset, the moon and stars at night.

Jolene's cabin is an amazing place. The lake is so close views are amazing. Jolene is very kind and responsive to your needs. I recommend highly staying here. look forward to staying again.

This is the second time we have stayed at this house and we look forward to the next time we can stay. We love the location because it’s still close enough to drive to Sandpoint, but far enough away to enjoy the the peace and quiet! The neighbors on both sides of the house are wonderful. The house has absolutely everything needed for spending days on the lake both the house and the boat house are well equipped. They have literally thought of everything to relax and spend time on the lake! We have kids ranging in ages from 16-7 and they enjoyed every minute of our stay from paddle boating to fishing off the dock and everything in between! We highly recommend for families!

Kathy had an outstanding place outstanding outside living space beautiful beach, lots of chairs lots of seating for everyone. The cabin is fully stocked for all your cooking needs and great outside cooking with grill flat top great satellite TV for night for children she even had toys for any little toddlers. She was an outstanding host and I’ll definitely would like to stay there again. Thank you again Kathy for making this a very very fun family vacation.

We had an excellent time in Sandpoint! The town is very cute, and within walking distance from the condo. The listing was exactly as described- it was very clean, and plenty of room for 4 adults! We would love to come back sometime!

James has the best rentals! His attention to detail is unmatched. The photos of this property don’t do it justice. The sofa was high quality, firm, and great for plenty of people. The towels are Frete, made in Turkey and absolutely luxurious. What I loved about this unit was that they didn’t skimp on the little things. There was high quality paper towels and toilet paper and plenty of it!! The views of this property were stunning. Everything worked great in the unit. We preferred it over the corner unit we stayed in prior in the same building.

This was a great place to stay with beautiful views and easy walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants.

Upon walking into the condo you feel right at home. So spacious and cozy. It is beautifully decorated with an amazing lake view. The unit was fully equipped with everything needed. Just a short walk to the streets of downtown Sandpoint. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again.

the complex has two pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, and a horseshoe pit. lots of things to do. the unit has everything you need plus a view of the lake. the ac units kept the bedrooms comfortable but the loft got pretty toasty on 85+degree days. we were still able to get our kids to sleep by keeping the windows and sliding glass door open with all the fans on and by 9pm they were able to fall asleep. we made up for the later bed time by giving them longer naps during the day. for adults going to bed later it wouldn't have mattered. I enjoyed our stay very much!

We felt so comfortable and at home in Sarah & Natalie's place. Sarah kindly reached out the morning after we arrived to check in with us and make sure that all was well, and that we had everything we needed. And before we arrived I wrote a note to ask if there was a blender -- as we typically start the day with a protein shake. And Sarah responded that they have a blender for us. When I went to use it the plastic piece was still on the outlet plug... it was brand new, never used! Sarah confessed that Natalie had purchased a blender due to my request/question. That was above and beyond in my book! If we are ever in the area again, I would definitely do my best to stay at Petite Lakeside Living again ☺️.

Great Place Enjoyed my stay.

The per-night charge was great; however, the $180 cleaning charge for two people for two nights was excessive (the cleaning charge was more than the nightly charge combined). I wish they would just advertise the total cost rather than slip in that cleaning charge (and we are extremely neat people who barely use anything). The place was as described. Great location. A little hard to find D dock at first, but Google helped. Very quiet little boat neighborhood. You can walk to a few restaurants, including a greasy spoon (Captain's Wheel) and a newer Italian restaurant (used to be JD's) called Taverna, which was pretty good, if not a tad pricey for the area. There's a waterfront pub-type restaurant and a taqueria within walking as well. The house was very clean, and although quirky (we affectionately called it the Winchester Mystery Boat House), it was eclectically charming, comfortable, and really fun to be on the water. Added bonus - you can bring a boat as there's plenty of dock space.

This house on the lake was perfect for my wife and I and our 3 kids. We had a great time going out on the lake that was never too busy, even on a very nice Friday and Saturday. We made smores at the fire pit down by the lake and relaxed on the grass and the dock soaking up the sun. We also went to Silverwood for a day and it was only about 20 minuets away. Great find!

This is a a terrific place right on Priest Lake. Clean, comfortable, private beach, fast wifi and tv options. We loved our stay here.

Great stay and lots of fun. Very quaint and peaceful. The dock was the shining star for our kids! Lots of swimming and fishing. Lake is beautiful with excellent water clarity. Great for a quiet morning wake up swim. Who needs coffee!

My wife and I stayed at Emily’s cabin, the location was perfect the cabin was clean and veryWell stocked, Emily was a delight to communicate with. Would highly recommended her accommodation for a trip to Sandpoint.

What a beautiful place! We used it as a base to explore the area like silverwood. The water was clear and the beach was awesome. So nice to have a private beach. We had 4 adults and 4 children and didn't feel cramped at all! The pullout trundle was super handy!

We recently stayed at this charming cabin in Priest Lake, and it was a delightful experience! The cabin offered lake views that made every morning feel like a retreat. It was cozy and well-equipped, providing a perfect blend of comfort and rustic charm. We enjoyed the surrounding hikes and relaxing by the water. The hosts were incredibly communicative and attentive.
