Relax in this special and quiet space. In the historic bakery, a beautiful living space has been created above the bakery. On two floors, two bedrooms are a living room with fully equipped kitchen, a tasteful shower room (incl. Towels) and a living room. From the living room in the pointed floor and one of the bedrooms, you can look out into the forest and the Mühlbach (Zaber) ripples directly past the house.

The duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic and oldest half-timbered house in the city of Marbach. This is only a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn or bus as well as the old town or a nearby beer garden on the Neckar river bank. Next to the house runs the main road through the town. Due to the low insulation of the half-timbered house, it can be a little more restless on weekdays.
