This quiet and unique one bed apartment is a fantastic base to explore Edinburgh. Only 10 mins walk to the city centre with galleries, museums and shopping, also bus and train stations and of course Edinburgh Castle, not to mention a five minute walk to The Edinburgh Playhouse. Pilrig is also well placed for visiting nearby Leith, with the Royal Yacht Britannia and some lovely restaurants. This main door apartment is very quiet and offers extremely comfortable accommodation. There is a spacious newly renovated bathroom including a bath and shower. The kitchen/living/dining is compact but fully equipped including a washing machine. There is also a private outside decking area to enjoy. The apartment has a private parking space directly outside, and we are also only a one minute walk to the bus stop where you can catch a bus to anywhere in the city. Free Wifi and a Smart TV with freeview are also inlcuded. All towels and linen are supplied.

It has been designed and curated to include all my favourite things for you to enjoy! A 10 minute walk to central Edinburgh, and a 2 minute walk from the tram stop, the flat is well connected. The neighbourhood itself is gorgeous, trendy and hip - with lots of independent restaurants, coffee and brunch spots you can explore.

Flat you will have on your own. 20 minute walk to Edinburgh Waverly Station. 5 minute walk to great cafés, restaurants and bars on Leith walk. Parking charges Mon-Fri 8:30 - 17:30 Trams stop a five minute walk. Will take you to most places in Edinburgh (including airport) One room will be locked but unoccupied. A Bright modern flat in the vibrant area of Leith. My flat is situated at the foot of Leith Walk. Leith is famous for its community feeling and openness and has a diverse range of pubs, cafes and restaurants along the entire strip. The scenic Shore area is a ten minute walk away. The Edinburgh trams now run a service direct from Edinburgh Airport to the apartment. The stop is at the Foot of the Walk, less than 3 minutes away. The trams also stops near both city centre train stations.
