At "34 bis", nice cottage in the Normandy countryside

Suite in a longhouse in stone of Caen. Our cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. In a hamlet of the Pays d 'Auge, 2.5 km from the village, by the roadside. The house is surrounded by a large plot of 3000m2. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to the Château de Canon 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, ...) is 30 min away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciable!

Parking is free in the neighborhood. We live next door and can easily help you if needed.

It is located right next to all the shops (butcher, fishmonger, grocery store, bakery, restaurants…), a short walk from the museums and the castle of William the Conqueror and the aquatic center. This apartment is tastefully furnished, you will feel good during your stay in Falaise. It has a fitted kitchen, a living room, a bathroom and a bedroom with storage for your belongings.

Upon entering The Cottage you will find the fully equipped Kitchen, W.C. and the Lounge/Diner with stunning views of the River. Upstairs you will find a Bathroom, Master Bedroom and a Twin Bedroom, both having uninterupted views of the River.
