My 2 colleagues and myself stayed here for a total of 8 nights as we were in town for a conference. It was brilliant and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend Oceanside and this property .

This is one of the most well thought out homes I’ve ever stayed at globally. The home is stunning and so well designed, even more beautiful than the photos. We loved how the pool was next to the master bedroom. This home has everything you need and more. Would love to stay agin!

Roadrunner Ranch was a magical place to stay. Great communication from Rob and a lovely home that matched the description. We were not disappointed.

Spent the weekend here with my girlfriends for my birthday and we had the best time! The house is soooo homey and had everything we needed. We were welcomed with bagels & snacks and a “happy birthday” sign. Pool and hot tub were great. Perfect relaxing outdoor area. So peaceful. Such a lovely home! Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing experience. Vi’s place was homey beyond expectation. My wife was very impressed with how available everything was especially in the kitchen because we are a family of 6 and always eating out would have not been cost effective. We felt right at home. My wife especially loved the complementary fruits, water, and treats. The kids rooms were packed with toys and books they could read and play with in their spare time which was amazing. The living room was filled with board games for the entire family. The garage also had amazing games for the entire family with foldable chairs and equipment for the beach and camping. There was so much to do in the house that staying in was not in the slightest boring. The entire family enjoyed the pool and the spa and had an amazing time especially on the days we stayed in. I certainly would be booking Vi’s place again anytime we are in San Diego.

I absolutely loved this place. There is so much to do within the home. The backyard is an amazing space with a pool/jacuzzi/ water slide, grill with fire pit, and yard games to include mini golf and ax throwing. The indoor space is equally amazing with a huge kitchen with everything you need , 2 lounging areas with TV’s, an Atari arcade game where you can relive your 80’s childhood and play pac- man and frogger. The bedrooms and bathroom were clean. The views from the home are beautiful, you can even see the ocean. My daughters live in San Diego and we live in Orange County so this was the perfect in between. It is close enough to the beach but far enough away that you don’t have to contend with beach traffic. It is also close to stores and restaurants but the house was so entertaining, we just stayed there all weekend, it was just perfect.

Overall fantastic stay! House owner lives on property but the house is secluded just for house guest use. An incident happened where my daughter had an accident during nap time and Kathleen responded quickly and helped us with the change of bedding.

The house on Vista was absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking views that made our stay unforgettable. The space was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. Our host was excellent—very accommodating, responsive, and clearly dedicated to providing a great experience. He truly knows how to take care of his guests. Drakes place is AMAZING! It was a home away from home. We had 3 toddlers (1, 2, 4) with us, they played in the backyard and it was completely safe for them. All of our needs were met down to an extra crib. He is super laid back and very accommodating, I noticed this from our first interaction. I encourage you to BOOK RIGHT NOW, you will be pleased. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. My family loved it and we would definitely book here again.

AMAZING!This home exceeded our expectations! The photos online don't begin to show the beauty of the home and the property - by far the best vacation home we have ever stayed at. It is the perfect combination of luxury and comfort - my 16 and 19 yr olds fell in love with it. Not a single con - first time I can say that! Highlights: - Spectacular, secluded, gated property with amazing views from every angle. Beautifully maintained and lined with flowers and fruit trees (we made fresh squeezed OJ) - Backyard even prettier than the photos w/ the pool, jacuzzi and waterfalls. Firepit is large and wonderful. Great BBQ outside and a large table where we ate all of our meals. - Inside so beautiful, 3 different living room areas, vaulted ceilings, very comfortable beds, a huge kitchen, fun game room with small kitchen, pool table, couch and TV - Every room has french doors or sliders to the outdoors, many with their own private porches. - Management company was great, very responsive

The house was beautiful and matched the photos, the pool was beautiful and the backyard accommodated all the backyard activities we wanted to do

Deyao’s place was great. Location is wonderful and is about a 8-10 min drive from the pier. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with walking distance to a big park 2 houses down. My dog enjoyed his morning walks. Plenty of kids playing in the playground, basketball courts, and tennis courts. The home itself is a duplex and is shared with tenant. They are very respectful and the Gentleman that we met gave us some really good recommendations. Overall we enjoyed our stay, the day bed in the living room was cozy, the kitchen had everything we could need (organized and labeled) and the bed felt like it was from a hotel. I liked how you the home had 3 different entrances so you could still have your “side” of the lot to enjoy. Would recommend this place to stay at if you are in Oceanside. Thank you Deyao! (Try the Cali burrito from La Perla Tapatia if you want amazing authentic Mexican food down the street)

It is a beautiful farmhouse. Well appointed with necessary amenities. We were here for a wedding weekend and had an amazing peaceful stay. Our group had kids and they enjoyed the open space running around throwing the ball and having a blast. I would love to comeback and enjoy the space and the area again!

The place was very nice and spacious. We loved the views from the top of the hill and enjoyed the hot tub. The kitchen was a nice size, and had a lot of cook/bakeware. Overall, it was a great weekend and would recommend!

We loved staying here! We had a group of friends that needed a place to stay for a local wedding and this property ended up being perfect for our stay. The views were amazing and the house was so great! We were able to drive to the wedding venue and restaurants within 10 minutes and loved the privacy of the house. We definitely want to come back!

Perfect place for a getaway and activity at the high school nearby. Absolutely loved the pool and hot tub! Anytime we need anything, the host was happy to help. Would recommend this location and host!

We stayed at the country cottage for a little getaway for my mom’s birthday. Every room in the house is so charming, clean and comfortable. The area is beautiful and peaceful and just a few minutes to wineries. We loved it and can’t wait to come back.
