This modern and recently decorated house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac close to Liverpool City Centre. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms (with wardrobes), one with a king bed and one with a double, and a brand new bathroom. Downstairs is a large living room, dining room, downstairs toilet and a brand new kitchen, as well as a garden. Lime Street station & the City centre are a 25-minute walk (or 5-minute taxi), as is Anfield stadium. Everton Park is over the road. Free parking on driveway for 2 cars.

The Annexe is a self contained property directly opposite our family home. All fixtures and fittings have been thoughtfully planned to ensure you have a comfortable stay. There is one large double bedroom with a luxurious king size bed, an open plan living area with a smart TV, log burner for cozy nights and electric heating. The bathroom has a large walk in electric shower. The property is suitable for up to two adults (not suitable for children/toddler’s due to the large pond nearby).
