The award winning Formby beach is just a 20min walk. Formby is great for shopping and eating out with a variety of busy popular bars and restaurants that are well worth a visit. Two adults or a small family are very welcome. Hot Tub included in the price. Hot tub is automatically switched off at Midnight.

The lake and woodland attract hundreds of species of birds and mammals. The lake itself is stocked with coarse fish. A little oasis of nature with easy links to local cities. Explore the wider Wirral area on the network of public footpaths or take a short train ride to the cities of Liverpool or Chester.

‘The Shippen’ is a barn conversion, once part of a small dairy farm. High beamed ceilings give a spacious, rustic feel, and the double sided log burner makes the living spaces cosy. We have expansive National Trust Nature Reserve views and gardens, a lovely calming setting to relax in and focus on your wellbeing. Relax whilst enjoying an evening BBQ or gazing into an outdoor open fire. With free parking, we are ideally based for Crosby Beach, Formby Golf Courses, Aintree Races and Liverpool.

Cosy accommodation at farmhouse in Dalton, Parbold

The cosy guest suite includes a living room with TV, leather sofa and armchair, small dining table and 2 chairs. There is a compact kitchen area equipped with combination oven/microwave, hob, fridge and all essential crockery and cookware. The bedroom has an oak framed king size bed with matching bedside tables and is furnished with pine furniture, curtains and a blind. The shower room is spacious and is en suite to the bedroom. There is gas central heating and blinds to most of the windows.

The Annexe

The Annexe is a self contained property directly opposite our family home. All fixtures and fittings have been thoughtfully planned to ensure you have a comfortable stay. There is one large double bedroom with a luxurious king size bed, an open plan living area with a smart TV, log burner for cozy nights and electric heating. The bathroom has a large walk in electric shower. The property is suitable for up to two adults (not suitable for children/toddler’s due to the large pond nearby).
