Welcome to the workshop. A former railway building reinterpreted. The boutique loft, with its modern design and curated art, is a place to relax and feel at ease, with space for 2-6 people. It's the perfect base for activities such as hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing and skiing. Enjoy the Drachensee for swimming and the golf course with breathtaking views. Excursion destinations such as the batwish, wild garden and rock slopes are in the immediate vicinity.

In the old town of Tachov lies this totally renovated monument in which 8 modern apartments have been realized. The monument has a garden where you can sit in the evening sun and a garden house where bicycles can be parked if necessary. Two of Tachov's best restaurants are less than a 150-meter walk away. Furthermore, all sports facilities(swimming pool, ice rink, tennis court football fields) are within a 5-minute walk. Parking in the street and surroundings is free.

Leave your everyday life behind and enjoy the pleasant tranquility, the scent of wood, the soft light, and the crackling fireplace. Or relax in the private gym, the infrared sauna, or the garden whirlpool. The outdoor area is still under construction, therefore a special price applies for the time being.

Tiny house in the Upper Palatinate Forest

Our tiny house is located on a corner of our small farm. Set in an idyllic location, it allows you to unwind. There is space for four people (possibly 5 with children; just ask us), a kitchen (electric stove, oven, Nespresso machine), and a bathroom. At the forge

The cottage is located in the picturesque village of Bernartice, 3 km from the natural swimming pool Sycherák and in sight of the beautiful Český les mountain range. It is an ideal starting point for hiking as well as cycling. The recreational cottage is a former forge building that underwent a complete reconstruction at the turn of 2024/2025. The reconstruction emphasized preserving the original appearance of the building.
