We would like to offer you a cozy apartment on a quiet farm with a large garden. Our farm is located in a quiet village near the D5 highway (exit 136 only 2 km). Parking in the garden, barbecue rental. The village is on the cycling route no. 2207 Výrov - Nová Knížecí huť. In our village you will not find a shop or a restaurant, but nature and peace. Near Casino Kings Rozvadov, Gotchaspielfeld Vysočany, Mariánské Lázně. The apartment is large and sunny, the bedroom is separated from the living area by a passage.

Meyana Lake Manor

Experience a 'Secluded Forest Retreat' with our comfortable high ceiling rooms facing the pond and forest. All rooms have private bathrooms and are furnished with antique furnitures, Tempur beds with 100% cotton sheets and towels, all custom woven for Meyana. The building was build in 1885 and was completely renovated in 2017. Since the building is made of masonry, it is cool in summers and warm in winters. S citem rekonstruované podkroví s výhledem do přírody a koupacím sudem na terase (za příplatek) a domácím kinem. Rádi Ti naše místo propůjčíme. K dispozici Ti bude celý prostor včetně terasy. Pomůžeme naplánovat výlet a objevit krásy Krušnohoří. Staráme se o naše místo s láskou a pečlivostí. Chceme, aby ses tu i Ty cítil jako doma. Hory, příroda i lázeňské město od každého je tu trochu!

The equipment includes a 40" TV with thirty channels, WIFI, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer, induction hob, kettle and microwave. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and cleaning supplies (towels, sponges, rags, spring, dishwasher tablets). Large, small towels and linens are provided for guests.

Leave your everyday life behind and enjoy the pleasant tranquility, the scent of wood, the soft light, and the crackling fireplace. Or relax in the private gym, the infrared sauna, or the garden whirlpool. The outdoor area is still under construction, therefore a special price applies for the time being.

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
