This beautiful vacation home is located on the Hondsrug at the edge of the state forests and is located in a small-scale bungalow park. The house is surrounded by a spacious garden with sun all day, but also plenty of shady spots. Within walking distance in the forest is the beautiful swimming lake 't Nije Hemelriek. There are several MTB routes, a golf course and various hiking and biking routes. The house has 2 spacious bedrooms, a comfortable living room, kitchen, utility room and spacious garden.

Vakantie vieren in een karakteristieke rietgedekte boerderij uit omstreeks 1630? Aan de rand van het dorp gelegen bieden wij ons 6 pers luxe appartement aan. De ruimte beneden bestaat uit 65m2 en is van alle gemakken voorzien. Er is een ruime inloop douche met aparte toilet, luxe keuken met vaatwasser, doorkijk-houtkachel en de gehele ruimte is voorzien van vloerverwarming. Er zijn 3 grote thema slaapkamers met 6 opgemaakte één persoons bedden. Er is een ruime beschutte tuin aanwezig met sauna.

Welkom op Gruunlaand, onze rustplek, woonhuis en gastenverblijf met bijna 3000m2 grond. Een heerlijk ruim verblijf van 300m2 waar je als groep fijn kunt verblijven. In onze schuur bieden we vier slaapkamers aan met 3 comfortabele tweepersoons bedden en 2 enkele bedden. Er zijn vier aparte toiletten, drie badkamers met douche, een keuken met alle benodigde apparatuur, en een leefruimte waar je gebruik van kunt maken om te werken, lezen en relaxen. Ps. This vacation home has recently been completely renovated and thus equipped with every comfort. The house has a lovely spacious garden with lots of privacy and parking space. Inside, you can enjoy a warm bath or light the wood stove comfortably. The forest and two natural swimming lakes are less than 10 minutes' walk away, where you can enjoy hiking, mountain biking and swimming. Since the cottage is on a cozy campsite (De Lente van Drenthe), there are many amenities just around the corner.

De studio is voorzien van alle gemakken en is een prima uitvalsbasis voor mooie fiets- en wandeltochten, een dag Wildlands of winkelen in Emmen. Bij mooi weer is het heerlijk vertoeven in de eigen tuin en is het koud en guur, dan biedt de pellet kachel heerlijke warmte. Kortom, een fijne plek!!

The apartment is located between monumental thatched farms in old Valthe, a small village on the Hondsrug, Around Valthe, there are forests, fields, heaths, country roads, fens, burial mounds and megalithic tombs. Many cycling and hiking routes run through Valthe that give access to a widespread network through Drenthe and surrounding provinces. 1 child up to 4 years old can stay in the parents' room. On request, a crib/child's bed can be placed.

We are not a party location, and amplified music is not allowed. The Noordhuisjes consist of three cozy log cabins hidden in the greenery with a private terrace with a fireplace and canopy to enjoy the outdoors. An overnight stay in the Noordhuisjes is a very special little adventure. One log cabin is decorated as a cozy living room with a simple kitchen and a nice wood stove for the chilly evenings in summer or for the winter days.
