Dream home (Nicola - I - (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) “Villa Dolce” is a large and architecturally valuable home, surrounded by a very large park in the "heart of the Prosecco area" just a 45-minute drive from Venice and 60 minutes from Cortina D'Ampezzo. A warm and welcoming home on three floors, carefully furnished: the ideal location to spend relaxing moments and a dream vacation. The accommodation: You will have 1 triple bedroom, 2 double bedrooms, each with bathroom, complete with bathtub or shower, sink, bidet, 1 other bedroom with "French" bed and toilet, living room with fireplace in Louis XV style, dining room, entertainment room, kitchen, ATTIC with air conditioning, fireplace and living room. Air conditioning is present only in the attic as in the rest of the house the temperature is pleasantly cool thanks to the size of the rooms and their structural conformation. In the garden: you will have a wonderful park with monumental trees that will also allow you to dine outdoors or simply read a good book, sitting in a comfortable deckchair, while your children play in complete serenity. Separate Men's and Women's bathrooms Annex: Inside the annex you will find a fireplace where you can "grill" (barbecue) and spend pleasant evenings, sitting at the table, in complete relaxation; a cook is available on request. The cottage is made up of an independent unit set in the Prosecco DOCG vineyards which, together with the chestnut woods, cover the surrounding hills. From here, lulled by the sound of the wind and the chirping of birds, guests can view the village of Rolle, with its bells that have traditionally cadenced the work in the fields, the surrounding hills and Mount Cesen. The small, old house was once the residence and workshop of artisans who made the famous local "olle", namely earthenware pots.

Nice apartment with air conditioning, washing machine and some outside space. 100 metres from a bus stop and a shop selling fresh fruit and vegetables and everyday groceries. If you are interested in local food and wines, we can give you some advice on nearby shops and farms. Larger supermarket open 7/7 less than 10 mins away (on foot). The town's castle (on the Prosecco Hills) is a 20 mins walk away. We live close by, we speak Italian but out sons help us welcome foreign guests.
