Holiday rentals with a pool in Borgo Grotta Gigante

We stayed here for one week with our 3 kids. The place is beautiful, very quiet yet close to Koper, a animated city (about 10 min by car). It's a good spot to start a trip to one of several beaches (20-30 min), famous caves (30-40 min) or Ljubljana (1h drive) or even hiking in the Triglav area (2h drive). The house itself is very nice, clean and offers everything you need. The kids especially loved the big pool which they could access whenever they wanted. Andreja is very kind and helpful and gave us a lot of great Tips. Thank you very much!

Wonderful stay – highly recommended! We had a great stay at the place. The villa was very clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need. The location was ideal – quiet, but still close to the sea The check-in went smoothly and Gabi was always friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back!

We had an absolutely wonderfull time at the magnificent house. We are definetly planning to come back as our entire family had a great time. We were a family of four with two children in this house. We didn't miss anything. The accommodation was not only beautifully furnished, it was also super clean and everything we needed was there. We especially enjoyed the mornings in the garden: with breakfast on the terrace and lots of fun in the pool. Dennis was a wonderful host. He was always around when we had questions. The fact that the cottage was in his garden was no problem at all. We had absolute privacy and never felt like we were being watched. Of course, the house is not huge and the space was quite manageable for four. But since we were actually only in the house to sleep and otherwise always outside, the size did not bother us at all. Novigrad is a beautiful, quiet town. We all felt completely comfortable there.

What a fabulous home. So spacious and with every facility you could imagine. We were welcomed on check in by Hiru who was very helpful and again on check out. She was always available if required. The house was amazing and whilst a taxi ride from the town, still had a shop and a few restaurants within meters. Would definitely recommend staying here - great for a family or group of friend.

We spent a few days at OasiMare to take advantage of the first seasonal sun and an event in the nearby sports field. Everything is very close, we parked the car on arrival and it was no longer necessary to move it. The clean and bright house complete with everything you need, especially in the kitchen. The possibility of using a beach place, umbrella and 2 sunbeds, included in the apartment fee, is very appreciable. The balcony offers the opportunity to enjoy an evening aperitif or breakfast. Giovanni, who was very kind and helpful, put us at ease. Perfect location, we will gladly return.

The stay was terrific. Very quiet, nice location. Sonja was very helpful and we could ask anything. Wonderful to be able to explore the area and be in the tranquility on site with Sonja. Highly recommended!

We had a great time, the place was spotlessly clean and very spacious. The kitchen was very well equipped with lots of amenities. The road to the driveway is super steep, so needs a bit of skill if you are traveling by car. The owners live upstairs, so it's not 100% private, however they are very friendly. We received a welcome drink and a bottle of wine in the fridge.

Would highly recommend Celestina’s apartment for your stay in Rovinj. Located in a quiet residential area around 10 minutes walk to the city centre. The apartment had everything we needed. Celestina couldn’t have been more helpful, making our first holiday with our baby boy accommodating.

For check-in and checkout we were welcomed by Luana and her son Giuseppe. Very happy with this stay in Croatia. Everything is done to allow us to discover the city and its surroundings. We enjoyed the setting and the calm! Recommended without hesitation.

We were very satisfied with our place! Very well-equipped kitchen, washing machine and vacuum cleaner available! The pool is a dream! It is checked and cleaned every 2-3 days! The place is a bit off the beaten path, but if you have a car, that's no problem either! You always have to drive, beach, shopping, city! We would definitely recommend the place, as the landlords are also very nice!

The contact with Josipa was super friendly and accommodating. Also the house was in good condition, the outdoor area seemed very new. Twice a week someone came to clean the pool. Everything was available on site and even more than described. The house inside is exactly as shown in the pictures. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is a hidden gem. While the original description was a little misleading, suggesting the house is in Rovinj (it is actually in Modrušani, near the small town of Žminj - 20 minute drive to Rovinj), that didn't take anything away from the beauty of the place. The house is tastefully furnished, the kitchen very well equipped and all bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom. The pool area with lounge chairs and umbrellas, as well as the outdoor kitchen were amazing. Thank you Marta for being a great host! We'll be back whenever we get a chance.

It was a pleasure staying here. The house is located in a quiet town just outside of Poreč, with everything you need close by. The build quality is among the best I've seen in Croatia – everything feels solid and is made with high-quality materials. Both the interior and exterior are beautifully designed and well-maintained. Mario has been incredibly helpful, taking care of even the smallest details. Thank you for having us!

The accommodation was very nice, it was exactly as in the pictures, the equipment also fit perfectly and it lacked nothing. We were able to communicate very well with the host and we were always answered quickly. The pool was even better than expected, it looks beautiful and the fact that it could also be heated suited everyone. We had a very nice vacation and would recommend the accommodation to everyone.

Beautiful, modern, fully equipped house with pool and garden, very spacious living/dining room, 2 large bedrooms, each with bathroom. Spotlessly clean! The house is very quiet. Ideal for guests who value nature and privacy, where shopping and a very well-maintained restaurant (La Grisa) are a few minutes' walk away. The place is ideally located for exploring Istria: a few minutes drive away are a well-known wine resort (Meneghetti) and olive oil producers (Chiavalon; Nono Remido). Rovinj, Porec, Pula and NP Brijuni are within 30-50 minutes drive. The hosts are extremely professional, accommodating and friendly. I had made a mistake when booking, which was handled with the utmost goodwill. Thank you very much for a great stay! Great recommendation!
