The cottage is about 30 sqm and is located at about 1 km distance to the public bathing area, a couple of minutes walk from the lake and with a 20 minute walk to the nature reserve Kröklings hage and Mölarps mill.

The brewhouse is added with modern standards with the old feel preserved. Downstairs: Fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa and armchairs, TV and openable windows, toilet and shower. Upstairs: Bedroom with double bed Wifi is available. The pond can be bathed in and next to it, there is a wood-fired sauna, outdoor furniture and barbecue.

The farm, which is from the 1880s, is located about 20 km from Borås, and 7 km to the nearest community with larger ICA store. It is about 5 km to fantastic swimming area and of course there is a parking space for the car by the house.
