Do you want to come to the peace and quiet of nature? A rural idyll of about 90 sqm, detached property with kitchen, bathroom, living room, three bedrooms and conservatory and balcony. There is a possibility to rent a hot tub for an additional cost. On the farm, we also run a restaurant with various events during the summer. House Kilstrand directly on Lake Säven

The house was renovated in 2017 and impresses our guests with its interior design. Here, solo travelers, couples and families alike feel comfortable. There is also the possibility for befriended travelers to rent the neighboring beach cabin and Kilstrand house at the same time and thus be on the go with friends and still maintain their retreat option. The house has a rowboat on its own shoreline, sauna. The lake views are magnificent. Netflix TV

Cabin near the beach

Log cabin of 35 m2 located 30 m from Lake Säven, 25 km north of Borås. The cottage consists of a living room with panoramic windows facing the lake and a fireplace. Behind a kitchenette with stove, fridge/freezer and a modern bathroom. Bedroom contains 2 bunk beds and in the living room there is also a sofa bed. The cottage is on the east side of the lake, so sunset over the lake towards the house. Guest brings own bed linen and bath towels

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. A small house with morning sun that extends to the afternoon. 300 meters to the swimming lake, 20 minutes into Borås. You are responsible for cleaning, sheets and towels yourself are brought or borrowed for a cost, SEK 200 per person. This is paid in cash on site to the landlord. Pet-free and non smoking property. Welcome to a small apartment in the farm's barn with its own patio and nature as well as the sheep. The farm, which is from the 1880s, is about 20 km from Borås, and 7 km to the nearest community with a larger ICA store. It is about 5 km to a fantastic swimming area and of course there is a parking space for the car at the house.
