Own small cozy house in Borlänge

A small, fantastically cozy house that is well-planned with kitchen, bathroom and loft where the bed is located. Proximity to everything Borlänge/Falun/Dalarna has to offer, with slalom in Romme Alpin in the winter, the nature paradise Gyllbergen winter/summer and Falu Mine, etc. PLEASE NOTE: Bed linens and towels are included, but you will have to make the beds and remove the linens before departure. The cottage needs to be cleaned before departure. You are welcome to ask questions and we are happy to help with tips for your stay!

Room with kitchenette, 25 square meters. Bathroom with shower. A double bed (120 cm wide) and sofa bed for 2 people. The accommodation is maximized for 2 adults, but there is also room for 2 small children. Kitchenette equipped with stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker. TV and Wi-Fi. Towels and bed linen are included. You will also have access to the laundry room located in the main building. We charge a cleaning fee of SEK 200 for bed linen, etc. However, we expect you to do a fine cleaning before you check out.

Cuddle up next to the fireplace and enjoy the sunset before bed. In the winter, experience the white landscape, walk or ski on the frozen lake. Alpine or cross-country skiing in close driving proximity.

Vi har renoverat vårt gårdshus med kunskap om byggnadsvård, miljö och hållbarhet. Äggoljetemperans vackra kulörer pryder väggarna och äkta linoljefärg är en självklarhet i ett hus från sent 1800-tal. Fina kakelugnar värmer skönt och köket är stort och rymligt Vintertid finns fina förutsättningar för skidåkning för längd och utförsåkning vid Romme alpin. En c:a 8 km lång skridskobana plogas på vår sjö med anslutning c:a 100 meter från gården. Huset är beläget nära städerna Falun och Borlänge.

Welcome to our large apartment of 140 square meters. Only 10 km from Romme Alpin, and 8.5 km from Borlänge C, the location is perfect! The house is surrounded by beautiful nature and the historic Rommehed. Bed linen, towels, soap & toilet paper included. There is also another apartment in the house with 4 rooms to rent if you are a large group. You can find the ad for it on my profile. Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. Uthyres lägenhet. Nybyggd 2019. 150 m till Elljusspår, utegym och start av Vildmarksleden. 1 km till Dössbergets värdshus och sagostigen. Ca 5-10 min i bil till Bjursås Berg och Sjö. 1,5 km promenad till skidcentret. 3 sängplatser. (+2 bäddsoffa) Dubbelsäng, en enkelsäng, plus två sängplatser i bäddsoffa (lämpar sig bäst för barn). Vedeldad bastu finns. Kan köpas till städning och hyra av sänglinne/handdukar. Rök och djurfritt.

One room, private kitchen, bathroom and entrance

Use of bed linens and towels, as well as cleaning, is included. Welcome home to us and our bright guest apartment located in the basement of our villa. You have your own entrance with a code lock and come down the stairs directly into the apartment, which has its own toilet with shower, a kitchenette with fridge and the possibility to cook. We who live in the house are me, Ola and my wife Theresa and our two boys born in 2017 and 2021.

Here you live in a cozy timber house from 1909 with modern amenities. Walking distance to Ludvika's range of shops and restaurants. In winter, there are good opportunities for skiing, both in tracks and downhill. Romme alpine is 30 minutes away. Summer time there is possibility for fishing in Övre Hillen. Fish from the jetty or rent our plastic boat with electric motor (SEK 150/half-day 8-12, 12-16). Fishing license SEK 50/day.
