Welcome to rent my nice house in Rättvik/Vikarbyn. The house is newly renovated with a terrace & views of Lake Siljan. The house is located alone at the top of the area with the forest next to the plot for those who want to take a nice walk in the forest. For those who want to enjoy a little extra, there is an outdoor Jacuzzi and sauna down in the bathroom. If there are more than 4 people, it is possible to sleep on the sofa or mattress downstairs in the large room. You clean the house & leave it as it was when you arrived. Treat my house with respect.

Our house is located with a magical view of Lake Siljan and Rättvik. The apartment that we rent out is located in NB in a two-story house and is completely newly-renovated, spring 2023. The apartment is about 60 m2 and distributed over a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room with large sofa bed Sweef Bear Divan, 160 cm bed width, armchair bed, bedroom with double bed and fully tiled bathroom/toilet with shower. Locally, you can take a walk/run in Smäcken or Frostbrunnsdalen, explore the spring streams, take a ride on the river, or a dip, or visit the ostriches a bike ride away. The house is located on the quieter side of the stadium, which means you avoid the worst traffic during the competitions. On the property, there are horses and cats.

Villa with lower floor apartment with its own entrance. The host couple lives in the house. 200 meters to Lake Runn which offers plowed ice skating rinks in winter. In summer, there is a bar and ice cream stand by the lake, as well as kayak rentals. Two simple bicycles can be borrowed from us. (We also have two kayaks that can be rented if you let us know in advance) Proximity to Romme Alpin and Bjursås ski center, about 30 minutes by car. 5 minutes to the city and Lugnet's sports facility.

You like to glance out of the window, over a wild meadow leading to a lake? While having some buttered toast and your freshly brewed first coffee of the day? I guess you'll like it here. The little red house is about 90m away from of the Spannsjö, on which's shores my farm is the only real estate.Your little red house has everything you need, no matter the season: sleeping room with 4beds, living room, bathroom, fully functional kitchen and your own washing machine.Wifi is in the house.

Furnished cabin, no electricity and water. Simple kitchen with small gas refrigerator, gas stove and water tank. Stove with plate. Outdoor toilet and private dock. Double bed on the sleeping loft and bunk bed that is best suited for children on the lower floor. Nice view of the lake. Eka is available to borrow. Duvets and pillows are available, but bed linen can be added for SEK 25/set.
