Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Dalarna County

We stayed here for a week while we were working in the area. The accommodation was as expected and had everything we needed. Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. We brought our indoor cat with us, who thrived in the small house. Thanks for the stay!

Nice place. Good view from the house. Quiet area. Beautiful house with all the amenities. We liked to light the fireplace in the evening. And the animals around the house like deer and a beaver.

I rented Yano's house for 2 weeks in February, as I wanted to experience real winter, among other things, and also wanted to enjoy the peace and quiet alone with my dog. Both worked out, there was high snow, it was freezing cold and I was all alone there, none of the neighboring houses were occupied at that time. From the first evening I felt comfortable, the house exudes a nice coziness, the fireplace provides a cozy warmth, for which there was also plenty of wood. The communication with Yano was friendly and answers came quickly. Yano had previously written to me that in snow the access to the house could not have been cleared - so it was, but I was set for it so it was okay! The house had everything you need and even more than in other houses, so everything was fine here too. I would book again should I be in the mood for winter and solitude. Thank you!!

We had a great time in the cozy cottage in the beautifully set-up park. It is in a beautiful waterfront location. Our cottage was almost directly on the water, which we loved. We enjoyed swimming, paddle boarding, fishing and boating. We cherish warm memories of the kindness and hospitality of Deyana and her family. Our youngest son and his nephews had a really nice time with Deyana's son, Victor. Victor played with them a lot. A big hobby of the boys. The last night of our stay, together with their fathers and Victor and his nephew, they played football on a beautiful football field near the center of the village. A very nice end!

We had a magical, spectacular experience on the farm with our three sons. We are Americans of Swedish ancestry and wanted to bring our kids to Sweden to experience their heritage. They loved this farm experience. Anna brought us out to see the animals and experience farm life. They had a full kitchen to cook meals. The kids ran around outside and had the time of their lives. They begged to stay longer!

We enjoyed our stay (2 nights) very much. The house is very well equipped, the beds are very comfortable. You can do a lot, but you can also relax wonderfully in the garden and enjoy the silence plus the birdsong.

The house is a real corner of paradise! Very peaceful and exotic location, what you expect from a weekend in the Swedish countryside. The house's amenities are great, and the house itself is beautifully decorated and quite modern. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a wonderful time at the lodge. The location is perfect for relaxing and shopping is still not far away. The hot tub right on the river was a real highlight, as was the view from the new sauna. Communication with the hosts was also great, happy to come back! :)

The place was very nice and had everything you need for a longer stay. If you had any questions, you were answered quickly and kindly. We particularly liked the sauna and the living room with the beautiful fireplace where you could spend relaxing evenings. In the area there were many opportunities to run or hike, which was also optimal for our dogs.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The jacuzzi and sauna worked perfectly and added a special touch to the experience. The host was extremely helpful, responsive, and kind—he made everything easy and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and communication was always quick and clear. My boyfriend and I stayed at Adrian's and Petra's for a couple of days. They were very friendly and made us an offer to take us on a sled dog tour with their own cute dogs. We had a blast. The house was nice and comfy. We will definitely come back.

Cozy cottage with great amenities. Hosts were very helpful and quick to respond. Close to the lake and nature, and a great spot for two families with small kids.

We went their on ski vacation. 6-7 minutes drive to the slopes. Clean apartment with nice kitchen, TVs and sound system. Used the wood fired sauna every night. It was a bit hard to get it above 60C in the winter but still ok. Unfortunately the hot tub was broken when we visited.

We rented the cottage for six nights (a family of 4). We had a great time in the cabin, which is spacious and homely and has everything you need. It is a few minutes to drive to Grövelfjäll and walking distance to Storsätra mountain hotel if you want to try their dinner. The area is quiet and there are beautiful views of the mountains. Grövelsjön's good opportunities for cross-country skiing are also easy to get to. We had an electric car and had good experience charging the car at Småbruket Västerbäcken as well as at Storsätra mountain hotel. Ulrika and Rikard were great hosts, through good information and communication. Highly recommend Ulrika and Richard's cottage!

Incredibly lovely place with direct access to swimming and a lovely lake. We already have plans to return. Nice to also have access to the sauna and boat. We were very well taken care of.

The house is located in a magical place! We sat for several hours and just enjoyed looking out over Siljan! The house is modern, stylish and nice. Very close distance to Mora, and just the right distance to Leksand. We stayed here Sun-Wed to spend a day at Leksand's summerland, and the rest of the time to enjoy the place. We stayed 4 adults and 4 children, plenty of space. Good varied routes for walking and running. Cooking good food in the kitchen of this house and at the same time seeing a mirror-like lake a few meters away, is 10/10. We'd love to come back!

A top fresh pearl in a very nice, quiet and rural environment. What a view! The host couple are the best of the best. Informative and really wants the very best for the guests.

This was the perfect place to experience Swedish summers although it was getting cooler. Sunsets were wonderful and so was watching the rain and the mist over the lake sitting inside the warm cabin. Note that it really is back to basics with no heating or hot water and usb ports for charging phones. The cabin was equipped with everything you might need for cooking, although Sveg wasn't far away for eating out. I was the most relaxed I've been in a while.

A lovely house, in a picturesque Swedish village, right near the lake. The house has a beautiful view at the lake, with a fireplace directly near the lake. The interior is modern and cozy. Would recommend the house to anyone. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your house.

Unfortunately, we had to leave after the first night due to a storm. Richard didn't hesitate for a moment and refunded us the remaining nights. At the arrival, Richard had already preheated the "Hot Tube" for us so that we can recover from the long trip in the evening. He did this without ours and was a very nice gesture! We had 3 dogs with us, which is of course too much for one or the other. But Richard was thrilled from the front and had no problems with the dogs. Rarely met such an open and warm person!!! We were more than thrilled and even if it was only one night it was perfect! I really highly recommend staying here.
