Unser Einzelzimmer beinhaltet einen Sat TV, kostenloses WLAN, Radio, Miniküche (Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster etc), ein Bad mit Dusche und WC. Parkmöglichkeiten auf unserem Grundstück. Hausinterner Fahrradverleih & eine Strandkorbvermietung auf unserer Residenz.

With us, you will find a very nice, individual apartment with a small garden and a wooden terrace to enjoy the sun, the day and the evening. You have a separate entrance and your own garden. We are located in a single-family housing estate in the outskirts of the small town of Barth. Shopping is a 5-minute walk away. Gastronomy is abundant. You can reach the sea in 45 minutes by bike and in 15 minutes by car. Travel time Ferry from the port of Barth to Zingst about 45 minutes.

You will stay in a beautiful, country-style captain's house in Wieck/Darß. Under a thatched roof, the apartment with an area of approximately 65 square meters offers two bedrooms with double bed or double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as an open living area with kitchen and dining area. The kitchen contains a dishwasher, microwave, fridge and coffee maker. In the living area there is satellite TV. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

The apartment "Seaside 2" is quietly located yet in the center of Prerow in a straight line to the lake bridge. Close to shops and restaurants. The beautiful beach and the pier are 600 meters away. This apartment was completed in 2020 and equipped with every comfort for a pleasant holiday. Underfloor heating in all rooms, modern new kitchen with cooking island, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer, stove, coffee maker and much more.
