Enjoy the tranquility, nature and the sounds of the sea up close. Explore the large terrace with cozy corners, the visiting roe deer and direct access to the sandy beach 100 m from the house. Experience the sun and the dark "Dark Sky" sky through the house's telescope and solar binoculars. Use the musical instruments and sound system or take a trip in the water with a canoe, two sea kayaks or three paddle boards (SUP).

Enjoy a cozy vacation in the countryside – in a UNESCO biosphere reserve, close to the medieval town of Stege, near the water and surrounded by nature. We are a family consisting of a Danish-Japanese couple, two dogs, two cats, sheep, running ducks, and chickens. We care about ecology and sustainability, and love growing our own vegetables and herbs in the garden. "Farm to table" Breakfast (Japanese or Danish) can be ordered no later than 4 PM the day before. Breakfast is not included in the price and is paid on-site with either MobilePay or cash.

All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. The villa is beautifully located in a large garden overlooking the sea and the high Møn. The house is part of Theater Møn, a former school, which is a theater and cultural center, where theater performances are regularly held, and various events are held, but it takes place in the other houses of the place. The villa for rent is the old inspector's house, completely renovated, with its own exit to the garden. It is newly renovated and tastefully decorated and suitable for one or more families renting the house together.
