There is an end apartment on the 1st floor and contains entrance hall, 3 bedrooms, bathroom/laundry room, living room and kitchen with exit to the terrace. 3 bedrooms with a double bed allows for up to 6 people. Parking by the apartment. Tenant must bring linen and towels. Duvets and pillows are available. The tenant must clean up after themselves.

The cabin contains living room, kitchen, bathroom, 3 bedrooms, hallway, great outdoor areas. There is also a gap you can sit in outdoors. Boat and fishing license are included. Good fishing and swimming opportunities. It is close to Evje and Setesdal. Road all the way to the cabin. There are duvets and pillows, but bring bed linen and towels (can be rented if desired).

Smart TV, fiber and fast wireless internet - a perfect place for home office. Installed water, sewage and electricity. The cabin is located on its own on the lower level, towards the water. Great holiday spot 12 months a year!

Hytta ligger sentralt på Løyningsknodden på Bortelid. Høy standard med badstu, boblebad og stor sydvendt terrasse med god utsikt. Hytten er romslig og har 10 sengeplasser fordelt på 4 soverom pluss TV- stue med sovesofa. I tillegg er det plass på hemsen til to/ tre på flatseng. Et godt utstyrt kjøkken med kaffemaskin, oppvaskmaskin mv. Eget vaskerom med tørketrommel, vaskemaskin og tørkeskap dekker de fleste behov. Det er mulig å lade elbil på eiendommen.

There is an oven with wood burning for heating in the cabin and rechargeable lights for a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere🛖 Single small kitchen outside with double gas burner. There are full tableware, cutlery, glasses, pots and frying pan. Cozy fire pit area with blue pan and possibility to cook on a fire pit.🔥 Outhouse with bio toilet and single sink with foot pump. There is no electricity.

Beautiful cabin in fantastic nature with a view

Bring the whole family to this great place with beautiful nature! Just as nice in summer as in winter with many nice hiking trails and many beautiful swimming areas. If you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy, then this is the place. Pets are not allowed, but can be agreed directly with the owner. It is possible to rent the entire autumn holiday and winter holiday period by agreement. Just send a message.
