Cheerful 18th century cottage with tiled stove

We offer you a unique original cottage from the 18th century with a functional tiled stove, fully renovated and equipped, which is ideal for relaxation and detachment from the hustle and bustle of modern times. There is also outdoor seating with a grill and parasol, sports equipment for fitness, yoga, badminton, football and frisbee. The cottage is located in a picturesque village in the South Moravian Region, famous for its wine, nature and historical monuments. During this unique and peaceful stay, you will rest perfectly.

The small apartment on the 1st floor is situated on the sunny west side overlooking the enclosed picturesque courtyard. Your comfort is taken care of by an air conditioner with a heat pump that cools and warms. During the renovation, the original composition of the apartment was preserved, when the new shower is part of the kitchen. The toilet is separate. The apartment will primarily provide friends or families with up to four people (plus a travel cot on request). Pets are not allowed and smoking is not allowed.

Newly renovated chalet 1 km from the main beach. Drinking water, electricity, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, seating in front of the cottage and by the fire pit. Two sofa beds downstairs, one double bed and two beds upstairs, one in an extended size. The attic is a ladder entrance, not suitable for people with mobility restrictions. Enjoy the beautiful surroundings of this romantic place at the popular Vranov Dam on the edge of Podyjí National Park.

The place is only accessible by car. The distance to NMNM 5 km, Vysočina arena 7 km. There is no shop or restaurant here. Everything is close to the wonderful city.

The house is totaly unique. 3.13 x 3.23 m2, but 2 stocks - ground with bathroom - 1st floor kitchen and dininig room - 2nd floor bedroom (Queen size bed - big enough for two 180cmx160cm) and entry to balcony Here are some stairs in the house.
