He was always responsive and made some great recommendations and checked in with us multiple times throughout our stay. Very close to all the major points of interest and located in a super clean and walkable area. I highly recommend and would definitely come back!

We absolutely loved our stay at this house-it exceeded our expectations and is even more beautiful than the photos suggest. The home is filled with unique art and stylish decor, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. As a group of five couples, we had plenty of space to relax, and the rooftop garden quickly became our favorite spot to gather. A highlight of our trip was celebrating my husband’s birthday with an incredible Mexican dinner prepared by Raquel and Toñita-it was a truly memorable experience. The location is perfect, with everything just steps away, making it easy to explore the area on foot. We enjoyed every moment and are already planning our next visit so we can stay even longer. Natalia's place truly felt like a home away from home, offering a cozy personal space equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The terraces next to the Jacaranda trees are amazing. The neighborhood is a hidden gem, secluded from busy areas yet offering plenty to do. The street is peaceful and green, though the noise of the nearby busy road serves as a reminder that you're still in the city.

We had an amazing time!! The home was gorgeous and well-furnished, the backyard was beautiful and accommodations were made (high chair and crib) for our 1 year old daughter upon request. Location was perfect for seeing everything we wanted to see in CDMX, and the neighborhood was quiet but far from dead. Highly recommend staying here instead of one of the hotels nearby!

Our stay was awesome! I love the home layout as each bedroom along with its full bathroom were on their own level. The kitchen and living room areas were wonderful and the furniture made it feel special. The host, Santiago, was very responsive and extremely accommodating to our requests. We enjoyed our stay and it is a place we would love to come back and stay at again!

This apartment was well worth the visit! Everything looked exactly like the pictures, the terrace was lovely, and the furnitures and amenities were well maintained. The building was very safe and private with 24 hours doorman, and the neighborhood was peaceful and full of great restaurants and coffee shops. Mariana was very responsive and provided a lot of recommendations. Would definitely recommend!

Everything as described! Awesome place in a great location. Loved the hammock and the keyboard and the bluetooth speaker (I don't play guitar, sadly). LOU coffee bar became a favourite, just down the road, as did oly restaurant, opposite. Amsterdam 15 min walk away. Tons of great restaurants nearby, like gente de barro for breakfast and NIV for dinner / cocktails. Highly recommended.

Our hosts were exceptional. They were very quick to respond and when a section of the neighborhood experienced a power outage. They were proactive by making sure that we had a place to stay if the power company couldn’t restore power. They went above and beyond our expectations and relocated us to an outstanding home that had even more amenities. We felt spoiled. Maria and her team are excellent. We even booked our next trip in January at one of the properties managed by them.

Loved the basement vibes. bedroom is in a cellar like room, with the AC and comfortable bed. Very easy to get comfortable, I will be back.

PERFECT location close to literally everything including the park. Great spot for a solo traveler. I stayed on the 4th floor so the privacy and view was very nice. Some tree cover but also a view of the city and could see the sunrise. The street was wonderfully calm and quiet with minimal street noise. Horacio was a great host - responsive, kind, helpful. I stayed 9nights and needed the space cleaned in between - he organized it all. The place and pictures are as described - small, clean and organized. No fuss. Priced really well and fairly for the location and amenities available in the room/building. A few cons: No bathroom sink and counter - the kitchen area serves as both. A little odd but made it work. Low water pressure but the temp was good. A small tv would’ve be nice to have too. Overall for me, it was great. I was out and about a lot and just needed a convenient, safe, clean place to come rest and this spot provided just that. Gracias, Horacio!

Great condo location, modern architecture, amenities and excellent front desk and service staff. The condo and area was safe and secure, but even though condo was on 3rd floor and glass sound absorbing, there was still some street noice during night that can affect peaceful sleep. Staff was always ready to assist and even though we skipped some days, staff was ready to clean condo daily. We had wonderful experience, cool mornings and evenings and of course great Polanco street atmosphere and lots of top rated restaurants. We highly recommend it.

Great location at the hearth of Mexico City. The apartment is in very good condition. The hosts are super responsive to any of my questions and requests. During my stay, the only issue was that the building's elevator was not working. Hope this gets fix soon.

Super responsive hosts! They kept a very open line of communication. The apartment was very clean, organized and hosts provided towels and linens. The neighborhood itself was very walkable, in a central location, and close to public transportation. Exactly what we were looking for!

The place is as shown in the photos, it is in a safe and very accessible area. Columba is a super host, always attentive and making sure everything was fine. The building's security staff also provided excellent service.

The view is total awe, especially at night. The colors and decor gives the apartment a nice airy feel. Barbara communicated well, there are people that say call me if you need anything, then there are people who really mean it. Good to have a host that shows that level of interest and willingness to help however they can. The location was convenient for every place I needed to go!
