Es un lugar pequeño, pero bastante cómodo, el anfitrión es muy atento y amable.

Cozy place only a few minute walk from Parque México. Everything you need is close by. Loma/Polanco is ~30min by car, same for Zócalo. We extended twice and overall really enjoyed our stay. If anything came up, Federico was super responsive. Definitely recommended when seeking a nice neighbour with “proximity“ to most places.

The location of this spot is very convenient with restaurants and panderia within walking distance. I loved that the place was fully stocked on everything I of course bring my own travel supplies but if you like to pack lightly that is not problem if you choose to stay here since they have all the toiletries already. only suggestion for future guess: 1. place is kind of hidden/ not easy to locate for the first time so it is best to meet host at the corner store (oxxo) seconds away from the place. Or perhaps host can post picture of their door from the street. 2. make sure to practice turning on the shower water while the host is still there just to make sure you understand how

Ileana's apartment has great location, excellent restaurants are in minutes of walking, it is close to parks and metro! Apartment is clean and spacious, also equipped with everything we need during our stay! Ileana is a great host! We arrived at late night and Ileana stayed on the phone with me to make sure that we find the place! Building guard also very friendly and helpful, it is a great plus for our stay! We will definitely come back!

Perfect location and looks exactly like the pictures. Floor is very uneven and not suitable for anyone with mobility issues and not enough towels for our week long stay. However, we didn’t ask for more and I’m sure we could have gotten some. We had a great time and most of our adventures were walking distance from the Airbnb.

This place is an absolute gem. We couldn’t have hoped for a more perfect accommodation during our weeks in Mexico City. The house is situated in the backyard of Mateo‘s and Ana‘s home, everything is decorated with attention to detail and a great sense of style. The house had everything we needed for our stay, which lasted several weeks. The neighborhood (Coyoacán) was our favorite in all of Mexico City as it is safe, has a lot of parks, restaurants and coffee places (and of course the Frida Kahlo Museum) but is not as gentrified as the north. Mateo and Ana are wonderful people and great hosts. I would 100% recommend this Airbnb.

We had a fantastic stay at Abdeel’s. A few recommendations for future guests: The house’s unique layout adds to the charm of the entire place—a beautiful house in the heart of Condesa. The rooms are thoughtfully arranged to offer both privacy and comfort—having one room accessible through the courtyard made it feel like a mini-suite. A perfect layout for families or groups wanting added privacy. Abdeel’s place was spotless! One can tell the hosts take cleanliness seriously. The bathrooms were extremely clean and seemed recently renovated—much appreciated! The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay, cooking essentials, a Nespresso coffee maker, etc. Overall, the place feels like a real house not like a generic hotel room! Excellent location, extremely walkable with lots of great coffee shops, restaurants, and nearby both Parque España and Parque México—two of Condesa’s most notable gems. Wonderful hosts. We’ll definitely come back! Thank you!

The most beautiful artistic Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! Every room had a different vibe and there was so much beautiful art and books to look at. The house is so well designed and has so much character! The hosts were super helpful, kind, flexible and communicative. We loved every part of our stay! A very comfortable stay! The private rooftop terrace was a highlight and the space had everything we needed. The hosts were very kind and checked in throughout to ensure we had everything we needed.

Hands down, this was one of the best AirBnB stays I've had. I wouldn't hesitate to rebook! I stayed for 7 weeks, and had an excellent experience. As others have said, the house is even better than the photographs! The garden is fantastic, and my dog and I were very comfortable. Cata and the folks upstairs were absolutely terrific! I got sick while I was there and they were incredibly thoughtful and kind. I'm so grateful for that. The neighborhood is terrific! It has a diverse mix of folks, is very walkable, and full of great shops, cafes, and restaurants. I highly recommend a visit to the weekly Tuesday market, as well as the brick and mortar Mercado Escandon! Great tacos, tropical fruit, Pan Japanese and all sorts of interesting and fun yumminess! I can't wait to head back. Enjoy!

La estancia fue muy buena. La ubicación está excelente Areli e Iván fueron claros con las instrucciones. Llegamos por la noche pero con la entrada autónoma no hubo ningún problema. Las fotos coinciden totalmente con el lugar. Nos recibieron con snacks y agua.

Se encuentra en una zona muy tranquila, ideal para descansar, y el espacio es cómodo, limpio y perfecto para alojar a tres personas o incluso cuatro. Además, la ubicación es muy conveniente, ya que hay tiendas y servicios cerca. Destaco especialmente la atención del anfitrión, quien fue muy amable y estuvo pendiente de nosotros en todo momento. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí.

Fue una estancia increíble, desde el inicio Luis nos permitió dejar nuestro equipaje mientras daba la hora de ingresar. El lugar súper seguro, y si vas a algún congreso al WTC la entrada está justo cruzando la calle. Estuvo perfecto todo!!!

Es un lindo espacio cuya ubicación es recomendable por lo fácil que es llegar. Nos encantó que es muy tranquilo. Tiene una linda terraza. Es importante comentar que es reducido, pero cómodo. Disfrutamos la estancia.

Quedamos muy contentas en hospedarnos con Rubén, el departamento muy bonito, amplio, limpio, y acogedor, contaba con lo que necesitábamos, una zona muy tranquila y contaba con cafeterías, restaurantes, transporte, supermercados cerca, no batallábamos con nada. Tanto Ruben como Edith siempre estuvieron en constante comunicación con nosotras , para que no nos faltara nada, y fueron muy flexibles y amables. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí :)

Isaac was an excellent host and very communicative. He recommended some very nice restaurants, which we enjoyed. He was always making sure that we didn’t need anything during our stay. His condo is beautiful with beautiful views. We were all girls traveling and felt very safe to stay at his place. We will consider him in the future again. Very nice restaurants nearby that are walkable. The area is very clean and pretty.
