This apartment was well worth the visit! Everything looked exactly like the pictures, the terrace was lovely, and the furnitures and amenities were well maintained. The building was very safe and private with 24 hours doorman, and the neighborhood was peaceful and full of great restaurants and coffee shops. Mariana was very responsive and provided a lot of recommendations. Would definitely recommend!

I traveled here solo and felt safe the entire time. I had an issue with the wifi and it was quickly resolved. There is road noise as mentioned but to me it wasn’t that bad compared to living in Philly. If I ever find myself in mexico city I would stay again.

Really loved staying here and would absolutely choose this place again next time! The aesthetic was gorgeous - loved the orange everywhere. It’s a beautiful apartment that’s in a very walkable neighborhood near one of my favorite ice cream spots in Mexico City - Neveria Roxy! The only thing I would flag, is that if you are a very light sleeper, the walls are pretty thin and several neighbors have dogs that are morning barkers! Bring noise canceling headphones :)

Carla’s place is beautiful and central to so many things. the are is safe and walkable and easy to explore. She even provided a Google Maps folder with local food, and places to visit. no complaints, a lovely place to stay!

Our hosts were exceptional. They were very quick to respond and when a section of the neighborhood experienced a power outage. They were proactive by making sure that we had a place to stay if the power company couldn’t restore power. They went above and beyond our expectations and relocated us to an outstanding home that had even more amenities. We felt spoiled. Maria and her team are excellent. We even booked our next trip in January at one of the properties managed by them.

Amazing!!!!! If you’re looking for a place to stay, this is it! The home is exactly like the description and José Eduardo’s communication is what takes this place over the top! He was always responsive and made some great recommendations and checked in with us multiple times throughout our stay. Very close to all the major points of interest and located in a super clean and walkable area. I highly recommend and would definitely come back!

Natalia's place truly felt like a home away from home, offering a cozy personal space equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The terraces next to the Jacaranda trees are amazing. The neighborhood is a hidden gem, secluded from busy areas yet offering plenty to do. The street is peaceful and green, though the noise of the nearby busy road serves as a reminder that you're still in the city.

I had a great long stay here with my dog. The studio is spacious and very comfortable for one person. I especially enjoyed the private garden — it was lovely to have fresh air and a peaceful spot to relax. The neighborhood is vibrant, with lots of restaurants nearby and easy access to supermarkets. It’s also walkable to a dog park, which was important for my pup. The host and her partner are incredibly kind and easy to communicate with. I felt at home right away and would definitely come back!

The most beautiful artistic Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! Every room had a different vibe and there was so much beautiful art and books to look at. The house is so well designed and has so much character! The hosts were super helpful, kind, flexible and communicative. We loved every part of our stay! This is my all time favorite stay ever! We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful home for 4 days and we miss it already. The home is located in a famous alleyway but was very peaceful and secluded. Many shops, restaurants, and cafes in the surrounding area, most of which are walking distance. The location was perfect as it was very close to a mega grocery store and near a beautiful town square. The home itself had absolutely everything needed and the most spacious bedroom ever! We thoroughly enjoyed hanging out in the living room and the patios. Perfect getaway!!

Truly an excellent place to stay. Just right for a couple! This little house is cozy, private, quiet ... great if you have to work while in Mexico City. And Israel is an excellent host: always responsive while we were there, flexible about check in, and helping us deal with a couple items we left behind. We really enjoyed our stay. The proximity to public transportation is a bonus! Will definitely be back.

A very comfortable stay! The private rooftop terrace was a highlight and the space had everything we needed. The hosts were very kind and checked in throughout to ensure we had everything we needed.

El alojamiento tiene una ubicación ideal, cerca de prácticamente todo y cuenta con todo lo necesario para quedarse todos los días que uno quiera. La llegada es muy cómoda y ante cualquier cuestión el anfitrión siempre está al pendiente. Lo único que sí quiero comentar y que no sé si será algo que sucedió durante los días de nuestra estancia o será algo de continuo y es que al lado del edificio se encuentra el museo de tolerancia y justamente en las tardes/noches se juntaba mucha gente manifestándose a favor de la marihuana, con un olor muy fuerte y se podía sentir algo de inseguridad. Ventajas o desventajas de hospedarte en una zona tan céntrica. Quitando eso, que no tiene nada que ver con el anfitrión que siempre estuvo atento, el alojamiento es perfecto y seguramente volveríamos a repetir.

Such an amazing stay! Fantastic location, Judit was very responsive and allowed us to check in an hour earlier. She knew we needed lockers for checkout and was extremely proactive and letting us know. The place was near all the restaurants and bars we wanted to checkout and in a safe neighborhood. Space was just like photos and very clean!

This place was amazing! The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, going above and beyond to make us feel at home, even leaving freshly baked cookies for us to enjoy. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again!

El departamento superó mis expectativas, super bien equipado. Si bien el edificio no es tan lindo ni nuevo, como remodelaron el departamento parece otro lugar. El balcon si bien da al pulmon de la manzana, tiene vista bastante abierta y da el sol. Ademas hay una mesita con enchufe y pude trabajar desde ahi. El equipamiento de cocina es super completo: cafetera de filtro, prensa francesa, ollas, sartenes, tostadora, microondas... de todo. Y ademas algo que suma mucho es que tiene filtro de agua potable. Tiene dos baños, tambien super equipados y lavadora y secadora. Es muy tranquilo ya que no da a la calle, por lo cual se puede descansar muy bien. El trato y la atención de Ren fue impecable. Necesite instrucciones con la cafetera y contesto de inmediato, super atento a todo. La zona en si es la zona rosa, no es lo mas top de CDMX pero esta cerca de todo y se puede andar tranquilo. Definitivamente super conforme y lo volvería a elegir! Muchas gracias!

The location was great and quiet neighborhood. Stayed there for a few nights and it was worth the stay. Great area, just outside of all the action which is what I was looking for. The only slight complaint, as reviewed by others, is the shower water temperature. It’s either hot or cold, hard to get in between. If it’s not an issue to you, it’s the perfect spot to stay at.

Excelente airbnb como descrito en las fotos en el corazón de Polanco! Excelente localización para dirigirse a los principales puntos de interés ya sea caminando, en bici, en Uber. El apartamento impecable con justo lo necesario en un apartamento con seguridad privada las 24 horas lo que nos hizo sentir muy seguros Gaby siempre fue una host súper amable y nos ayudó en lo que ocupamos y siempre estuvo atenta, definitivamente lo recomiendo y volvería !

We absolutely LOVED our stay here! Mara and Daniel were wonderful hosts — very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. The location is close to so many things, while still being peaceful and private. The security at the front desk were friendly and made us feel very safe! There were lots of amenities that we appreciated having available (heater/fan, umbrellas, hot water kettle, etc). Highly recommend this place. We can’t wait to stay here again!
