It consists of a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet. This apartment is 11 minutes from the center and Angers train station. On the Loire à Vélo route.

The bright and sunny "Zénitude" cottage welcomes you to the gates of Angers, close to all shops. Come and enjoy a particularly pleasant environment on the banks of the Maine (150 m) to rest or practice hiking or biking. The cottage is on the Chemin de la Loire à Vélo. This step-free cottage offers you a living room of 25 m2 with fitted kitchen and living area. One bedroom, bathroom with independent shower and toilet. We look forward to welcoming you!

A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.

Welcome to the gates of Angers, on the banks of the Loire. Take the small alley that will lead you to the calm of our apartment. Warm and welcoming, it has been tastefully and carefully furnished. Recently renovated, it combines modernity and comfort to offer you a pleasant stay. This place is great for 2–3 people: 2 adults and 1 child or baby. You will immediately feel at ease, with only unpacking and enjoying the premises.

The villages of Rochefort and Savennières are accessible by road or by footpaths with all the local shops.

Come and discover a small ideal place to have a good time at the gates of Angers in the countryside with all amenities. In the countryside, in an old farm, surrounded by meadows without close neighbors, 5 km from the Loire by bike (Bouchemaine) and 2.5 km from a supermarket and village with all shops. Accommodation with one bedroom (160 x 200 bed) and a sofa bed (120 x 200). Baby bed. No smoking allowed
