Venez séjourner dans notre maison 🏠 de 150m2 avec un Bois privé de 1 hectare, rien que pour vous ! ⛔️ Fêtes interdites. ✅ Familles Idéal pour une famille (jeux à disposition, baby foot ...) souhaitant profiter de notre région. Entre Nantes et Saint Nazaire, proche du LAC et ces activités (Piscine, accrobranche, tennis …) La Mer est à environ 30min en voiture, pour des excursions sur nos plages (Pornichet, la Baule, Pornic). Nourrir nos 2 chats svp (nourriture fournie et ils vivent dehors).

Pleasant, comfortable gîte, completely renovated in 2021, for 5-6 people (up to 8 with extra beds for an additional fee) located in a quiet, rural hamlet in the Pays de Retz. 35 min from Nantes and St Nazaire, 25 min from Pornic and St Brévin and 2 min from the Canal de la Martinière and the Loire (on the Loire à Vélo and Vélodyssée routes). Ideal for 2 people, but possibility to stay up to 4 people with the sofa bed. Malville Accommodation

The accommodation is located in the countryside 30 minutes from Nantes and 40 minutes from the beaches: La Baule, Le Croisic, Le Pouliguen and the salt marshes of Guérande. The house is on a large wooded lot where you can enjoy a swimming pool open from May to September. Our municipality is in an area where you can go on many hikes.
