I was passing through Nantes and was looking for accommodation not too far from the Sourdille clinic in Nantes. The apartment is well located, close to buses and tram line 1. Paul is a welcoming, responsive and friendly host. The apartment is very faithful to the photos: bright, renovated and decorated with care, it is impeccable, very quiet and cool (appreciable in hot weather). I highly recommend this accommodation, go there with your eyes closed.

Thnx a lot I really like the house, the design, space, layout and tones are all very reasonable The Host is very warm and asked me if I needed help. The Host's dog is also very cute. The accommodation is a completely private space, quiet and comfortable, with good lighting, it makes you want to read quietly. The house is fully equipped with various facilities, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, the bread toasted by the toaster is particularly fragrant

Emma was an amazing host. We instantly felt right at home in the apartment. The place was clean, very quite and close to a convenience store. Adding to that the fact that we were downtown Nantes, meaning we were within a walking distance to museums, the Loire, and lots of historical places and restaurants.

Excellent stay in this clean, very pleasant and well-decorated apartment. Ideal location in the city center for walking and free public transport on weekends. The underground parking is convenient in an area where parking is difficult. Excellent contact with Julie to facilitate our access. The 4 floors without an elevator make you exercise. This cute apartment is well represented by the photos -- except there is no photo of the spectacular view of the church from the bedroom window. Having a dryer is a real luxury. It is quite comfortable for a long stay although the kitchen is super tight. Gael is a magnificent host, always available and caring. The location is convenient with grocery stores and Talensac Market in easy walking distance. Also, Les Bouteilles, the restaurant next door is excellent.

It was François who received me and my spouse urgently at the last minute for the same day, he was very responsive and friendly, accommodation available within an hour of my message. The apartment is impeccable and very well located! A parking beach just downstairs. Super quiet environment. In addition, the sofa bed is very comfortable! Impeccable, clean and very cozy accommodation. Audrey welcomed us with a lot of kindness and attention — from the delicious breakfast to the bottle of rosé, everything was perfect. The jacuzzi is absolutely amazing! It's a shame the weather wasn't great, but we still enjoyed it.
